*Tysks ship entered the space above Rhen Var and the zeltron gave a huff as she spoke through her helmet*
This is one of the last places I would look to find my brothers, lets just hope they thought so too.
*the ship began entry sequence towards the planet and Tysk ran a hand down the length of her sniper rifle. A friend whom had helped her out of more jams then one and never failed to get the job done. With a groan the ship touched down and Tysk began to prepare to leave. The zeltron looked out at the frozen landscape and mumbled to herself as she went for the hatch outside*
-------------------------------------------------------------------
*when she got outside Tysk moved forward keeping an eye on her motion tracker and using her beacons to set up a trail to find her way back*
Lets just hope they're here so I can get the full story...

Techie was currently the only Mandalorian aboveground at the Mandalorian Camp. It had only taken a few Imperial sweeps before the Mandalorians found it prudent to lower the camp. And, even though technically, the base was still above ground level, the floors had been lowered so that the structures didn't stick out so much. Many Mandalorians found this disgracing, as they saw it as running and hiding. But, since it was warmer underground, they agreed to the notion.
Techie, being the resident, well, techie, had the rather annoying job of transporting power cells from the western side of camp to the eastern side of camp. Normally, this wouldn't be so bad of a job, except that a blizzard was coming, the power cells weighed about fourty pounds, and night was coming. As of right now, he was lugging one of the massive cells along the center of camp, where the faint outline of a combat circle could just be made out.
He had, for the past few hours, been making his way back and forth across the camp, not even looking away from his work. Not much to see on the icy world. That was until, of course, the tech specialist's eye was caught by the familiar flash of a ship entering the atmosphere. He dropped the power cell and took a few steps back. That wasn't one of their ships. Everybody was here. Nobody had left. The hangars were full.
And, with that, Techie turned and raced down into the bunkers, took a turn at the access terminal, which was empty, as he was the only one who could operate it, and raced towards the Command Center. Once there, he entered a command into the command computer, and set the entire base on Red Alert.

*Tysk continued to walk forward and stopped abruptly pulling out a datapad and scouring and list of frequencies that were used all those years ago and repeated the message from one to the other moving a little further ahead each time*
THIS IS TYSK OF THE MANDALORIAN WORLD BASILISK, CAN ANYONE READ ME OVER.
*after several minutes of switching frequencies and repeating the massage Tysk walked forward again with her hand at her side arm and other ready to flip the sniper on her back*

Arili set had just set her ship down when the comms computer started acting up. One of the older, disused frequencies was being used. She flipped to it, and listened to the message. Arili wasn't about to respond, but from the transmission she was able to attain the distance. About 1.2 km. The transmitter had to have seen the ship landing, and Arili could only assume whoever this "Tysk" was, it was hostile. She got up, and went to the crew cabin.
Alright kids, theres someone named "Tysk" out there, and I can only assume we've been seen.
She paused for a moment.
Holt, is theres some sort of camp near here by any chance? I saw something that looked building-ish on the way down.
She asked.

((Pfft, I just posted. I could see myself falling behind pretty quickly.))
Serin had just started her much deserved break, having already changed back into her off-duty gear and collapsing onto the nearest chair in the mess hall, she was content to put her feet up and simply relax. Of course, somebody up there obviously didn’t like her because just as she was about to close her eyes, the shrilling sound of the base’s red alert pierced her sleep.
She immediately jumped to attention, after almost toppling in her chair and dashed for the weapons room. As she passed the command center she heard the message that was being repeated through the com and almost tripped as she stifled a laugh. She couldn't believe that the ship out there believed they would fall for such a ruse. Of course, they could be telling the truth, but such things could be investigated after they had blown the ship out of the air.
Of course it was up to the base leaders and not her, but personally she was hoping for a little action.

Techie had already positioned himself in what he liked to call the "Big Seat". The Big Seat was, in actuality, not a seat. It was the mandalorian's name for the controls at the Access Terminal. In fact, Techie wasn't even sitting. He preferred standing when he operated the guns.
And guns there were. Hatch after hatch opened up along the side of the camp, and out came a series of ADTs, each of which was independantly operated from Techie's panel. The specialist grinned. It wasn't often he got behind the guns. The Mandalorian in him was coming out.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Holt syren watched as the "building thing" erupted in a mass of large turrets. Sadly, with their fuel, this building, having the resources to operate turrets, would have to have some feul.
[glow=teal,2,300]"Yeah... we want to go there... but let's land a bit farther away, huh?"[/glow]
He said, noting the severity of the situation.

*Tysks com. cracked to life as she walked forward and her hand quickly pulled the sniper off of her back and kneeled down and looked through the scope at the landscape. In the distance what looked like structures stood out at first but Tysk shrugged them off as ice covered in snow, when the turrets popped out the mandalorian took the rifle and held it in the air as he opened a com again*
I REPEAT THIS IS TYSK OF THE MANDALORIAN PLANET BASILISK PLEASE RESPOND I MEAN YOU NO HARM ALIIT

Having grouped up with some soldiers and armed herself along with them, Serin and the others began to rush past the center once again; all skidding to a stop as they saw Techie activate the base defenses.
One of them couldn’t help but speak out what they were all thinking.
“Oh no way, Techie! You suck so hard! Leave some for us!”
Of course they weren’t being serious (Sort of) but they all knew that the ship didn’t stand a chance. Unfortunately they didn’t have the luxury of staying to watch the slaughter and immediately broke off into a run again. They were all making their way for the transports in the hopes of picking off any survivors of the inevitable crash, if the ship wasn’t disintegrated, that is.

Arili nodded and went back upto the cockpit, and landed the ship near a rather large ice formation, out of the range of the large turrets that the camp was now beginning to sprout.
She got up, and headed back to the crew cabin.
We're safe for now, all we need is Fuel, and that camp has some. I guarantee it. So , I think our first order of business should be procuring some. Through negotiation or otherwise. What do you think Holt?
She asked.

Holt lifted his lightsaber off his his belt and spun it around in his palm, standing up and moving towards the door.
[glow=teal,2,300]"Negotiation, Arili, as always. But it's most likely not going to be that easy."[/glow]
Holt said, taking hold of the side door's handle and lifting up, opening the door and stepping out into the cold.
[glow=teal,2,300]"As always."[/glow]
The Knight said with a smirk.

((Sorry Belle, I think there was some confusion as to who should respond to you.))
There had actually been no action taken for so long that Serin was able to not only get a fighter craft into the air, but even target the so-called “threat”. The extended stand-off had actually made her a little curious, but she brushed her ponderings aside to focus on the immediate situation instead. As the man’s voice rang through her com once again however, she finally decided to react herself.
“Okay, fine, whatever, you’re a mandalorian, we get it!” Serin finally yelled over the com, adding under her breath, “So you can stop your sniveling already…” She had grown tired of the waiting and didn’t mind a few days in the box, or whatever other punishment command may have planned for her. She just wanted to get out of the current stand-off.
“So, if you’re who you say you are then you probably won’t mind moving your ship next to-- please note, NOT INSIDE, but next to the base and surrendering yourselves to our troops?”
Her tone was nothing but condescending and as she continued it even grew a bit threatening.
“Now, I better point out to you that we’ve all been feeling a little restless, especially from the lack of action we’ve had as of yet and so I’d highly advise not trying anything that may appear… suspicious, or there could be an ‘accident’.”
It may have sounded harsh and unwarranted to most, but Serin was no diplomat and nor did she aspire to be making any new friends anytime soon. Also, she was obviously bluffing when she mentioned the probable “accident” because if they did end up disintergrating anything, it’d be no accident. The soldiers on the ground were some of the best trained and most experienced troops in the galaxy, so accidents were very unlikely.
EDIT: Polished it a bit.

ooc: now I'm confused, Tysk is a female with a voice mod. That makes her sound male. SHe's out of her ship and in the snow with a rifle on her shoulders. The others are in a ship

((Sorry, it's directed at Belle Morte's character. I forget her name. Also, I'll edit it a bit more to make the speech clear. Ack, who knows where the communication is coming from exactly? All our base knows is there's a ship nearby. I'll edit the voice bit though. Edited a line to say, "“So, if you’re who you say you are then you probably won’t mind moving your ship next to-- please note, NOT INSIDE, but next to the base and surrendering yourselves to our troops?” Instead of asking her to land, which she already had... Otherwise sorry for the rushed post. Edit: Deleted the double post and moved the fixes here.))

The ADT was unique to this camp on Rhen Var.Only six were ever built, and each of them was positioned at one of the six hexagonal corners of the base. ADT was short for Agressive-Defensive Turret, the name hinting at its design, which mandated that these turrets could, on their own, move, swivel, and effectively operate themselves, including their ability to auto-target and fire upon these targets. Though none of these traits were particularily special in the world of defensive turrets, the ADT was still perhaps the most perfectly suited to the defense of this base in that the six of them each shared one-sixth of the alloted memory alloted to the group (A trait made necessary by the sheer lack of memory space available to Techie upon his initial construction of them). The turrets could each access this sixth and do with it whatever a situation required, including giving it to another turret. Effectively, the ADTs shared the same "brain", and could make one of thier own "smarter" if a situation called for it. This process took only a second, so it was as if a Hive Mind, with each turret acting as if it had six times the memory it normally used to function, enabling each turret to act totally independant of the others, while still tied to the collective actions of the turrets.
Artificial Intelligence, but with teamwork.
And so, Techie did not need to tell the turrets that they now had two targets. Perhaps they knew before he did, a notion that often had him wipe the turret's collective memory, sometimes twice a day, to prevent any sort of malfunction. Nothing frightened Techie more than a machine that was too smart.
But, for his purposes now, smart machines were useful, though he currently kept them on intervals of stalling, as once operated, the Turrets had no "stop" mechanism (One would simply gain itself more memory and soon all six would ignore the command anyway...). It was curious, like holding six massive dogs on a single leash, able to, at any moment, let them go and have them attack whatever in their collective savagery.
Techie shook his head. He had a habit of overthinking things. It was the most un-mandalorian trait he had. And so he reminded himself. Guns killed enemies. Killing enemies brought glory. Glory was good. So it only followed that Guns were good. Techie didn't bother delving further into the ethics of it.

((My last post for today.))
Serin sighed as the guy over the com made it clear that he didn’t know where the base was, despite having flown almost directly over it. She couldn’t blame him though she supposed, after all it was pretty well camouflaged.
“Fine, fine, we’ll be dispatching a few soldiers to your ship that will escort you from there. We can determine whether you’re a "friend" or not when you’ve been brought to the base…”
Serin immediately called out to the base to dispatch a transport, which arrived promptly on the scene. Even before it had touched ground, soldiers were jumping from the openings on the sides. The troops quickly splitting up into two groups, with a few at the back to guard the transport, the others quickly advanced in a tactical formation towards the ship.
“Okay, show yourself…” Serin ordered over the com, at this point her tone having grown a little tired as they went through the tedious procedures of apprehending an enemy.

((Serin’s still in her off-duty gear. I can’t believe I forgot to mention it but she had no time to change into her mandalorian uniform. Oh and Tysk gave her permission.))
Serin smirked and yet did not respond to Tysk, instead she just watched.
As a few of the men kept their weapons steadily aimed in Tysk’s direction, two broke off of the formation to confiscate her weapons and cuff her. They weren’t exactly delicate about the procedure either, yet they heard no complaints from their captive, which actually worked in her favour. From there they loaded her onto the transport after which the transport soon disembarked for the base, with Serin following close by.
The men remained silent throughout the trip, still steaming about the fact that they were selected to carry out the escort.
It wasn’t long before they were landing and as soon as they had pulled Tysk out of the transport, she was greeted by the sight of Serin’s sinister grin. She had made sure to land before the transport so that she could escort their new arrival personally.
“Well, well, was this what all the fuss was about?” she asked mockingly, before advancing on Tysk, her grin switching to a more curious look as she inspected the armour clad figure. “Well, come along then, I wouldn’t want you to miss the interrogation.”
Serin took Tysk by the arm and after signaling for two men to follow her, she lead the mandalorian towards a small building. Upon opening the door Tysk probably would have recognized the mess hall. Serin then letting go of her arm, pulled up a chair from one of the tables and motioned for Tysk to have a seat.

ooc: remember you don't know Tysk is female
*Tysk kept silent the whole escort feeling and prodding around the thoughts and emotions of the people around her while keeping her gaze and tracker on Serin when th e woman offered her the chair Tysk moved and sat continuing to look through the T-shaped visor at the people and finally she spoke letting the words filter out as a male voice*
So am I supposed to spill my guts Vod?
