Techie sat back as the target was taken in, preparing to relax the controls for a moment, when one of the ADTs fired a poorly-aimed bolt towards an unidentified secondary target, somewhat out of range. ADTs were for closer range.
Techie quickly hit the stall commands and activated the Camps Commlink, sending the following message to a series of hologram projectors:
Hey, don't get too comfortable there. Might want to consider the OTHER transport that landed after hers.

Serin calmly waited from behind the chair, her hands resting on the back as she allowed the mandalorian to take a seat.
Once the captive was… comfortable, Serin stepped around the chair and stood directly ahead of Tysk, a strange smile playing across her lips as she inspected her catch.
“So am I supposed to spill my guts Vod?” Tysk suddenly spoke out, causing Serin to raise an eyebrow in curiosity before giving a soft chuckle.
Without responding, she fished a pack of cigarettes from her pocket and flicked one into her mouth before returning the pack, leaving it unlit for the moment as she pondered her next course of action.
In truth she actually had no intention of allowing Tysk to live and it wasn’t because she was cruel either, but rather because in Serin’s mind, keeping the captive was tactically unsound. In the end keeping captives tended to be a burden and even if the stranger was a mandalorian, there was no way of proving it. They could accept him into their ranks but what if that is exactly what this person wanted, to gain their trust before stabbing them in the back.
While pondering this she brought out a lighter, seemingly from nowhere, and lit the cig’ in her mouth before shoving the lighter into her pocket. She had come to a decision of what she believed had to be done and after a brief pause she finally responded to Tysk, giving off a sigh as if disappointed.
“No, sorry, but Ergal back there,” she motioned to one of the mandalorians behind her, “just cleaned the floors in here recently, so I don’t think he’d be happy with me littering it with entrails, although if you want-” she paused abruptly as she added this last bit, giving Tysk a playful smile.
Stepping up to one of the mess hall tables, Serin pulled up a chair and placed it in front of Tysk. Falling back into the chair, she promptly crossed her legs and leaned forward, looking the stranger right into the visor before continuing, “So, why don’t you tell me a bit about yourself, like a name for starters… ah, wait, forgive me, I haven’t even told you mine, have I? I’m Ser-”
Serin was interrupted as Techie’s voice suddenly came through the com in the mess hall, warning the camp of yet another ship.
“Tch-”
Serin bit down hard on her cig’ as she realised she had to get out into the snow again and dressed as she was, it wasn’t going to be an awful lot of fun. She looked to Tysk and asked in a somewhat cheerful tone, “Friends of yours?"
Without waiting for a reply, she stepped up and made her way towards the door, hoping that this time there would be a lot more action than the last intrusion. Just before stepping out she looked to the two soldiers she had been with and asked, “You two wouldn’t mind carrying on here without me, would you? Also, a weapon would be nice.”
The one that had been referred to as Ergal was the first to reply, handing his gun over to Serin as he did so, “Sure, why not?”
As Serin exited, Ergal turned to face Tysk, an insidious grin hidden behind his mask. He cracked his knuckles together as he spoke, “So, why don’t we start off with where Serin left off, you already know my name, so no introductions needed there.”
*----*
After a few minutes, Serin was already in the snow with around a dozen soldiers, all marching towards where they believed the other ship had landed. Meanwhile, Serin was on the com with Techie, trying to avoid chattering her teeth as the freezing cold air bit into her skin; her sleeveless shirt offering little protection.
“S-so, can you give as any specifics on where this ship might be?” she asked as she trudged through the snow in her combat boots.
((Just as a heads up, we do intend on having the base trust you Tysk, just not quite yet.))

*Tysk looked at the man Ergal and spoke with a calm tone as her armored shoulder moved to show a clan insignia*
The people outside aren't mine Vod, I've come for the survivors who fled Dxun
*Tysk continued to look at Ergal through her visor and went through a shifting of her shoulders when she finished speaking*

Techie sighed as he panned across his viewscreen for the exact location of this other transport. Mandalorians. Bravest warriors in the galaxy, but unless they're fighting somebody right in front of them, they're about as useful as an echani...
Once he hit the location, he had an ADT fire a flare in the direction of the transport.
"I'd follow that if I were you."
The specialist replied, his words, as per usual, dripping with sarcasm, and his eyes, as per usual, focused, well, where they always were.

Arili was still trying to figure out how they'd negotiate for gas when an explosion suddenly rocked the ship. Some kind of a bolt had impacted about 100 feet off the ships aft end.
The hell...
She said going up to the cockpit and flipping on the sensors, which coroberated her initial thoughts. It was a bolt, from some sort of turret. About 30 seconds later it was followed by a flare. They had been spotted. And, whoever was firing at them was obviously hostile. Arili activated the Jammer at its maximum setting, and got up and headed for the crew cabin again.
We've been spotted. [/color

(Um... hey, Jenno, not that I don't appreciate the sentiment, but you technically can't do that. See, I've already said that Holt was hit. So what you just did was tecnically God-modding. Trust me, Holt will be fine. This is for the good of the plot.)

OOC: I hope this is okay but I don't feel like jumping back so many posts...
***---Cyberguy---***
Holt turned and faced the others inside as the ship rocked back, taking hold of the edge of the opened door as he did so. Instantly, as the situation went from seeking refuge to escaping fire, he went from keeper of the peace to warrior. He turned back to those inside. "I'm going out there to stop whatever's firing at us. Come if you want, but somebody's got to watch them."
He said, cocking his head towards Quen and Dak. More specifically, Dak. Holt didn't exactly feel sure about leaving his new padawan behind, as accompanying Holt was how he was supposed to learn. But this wasn't the time. Dak still needed some basic training before Holt would risk him.
***---Belle Morte---***
*Quenladose pulled the Ryyk blade from it's sheath and put it over her shoulder while moving infront of Dak a little ways*
Don't worry master, we'll be fine
***---Cyberguy---***
Holt quickly held up a hand in front of the over-eager youngling. He was somewhat taken aback by her actions. It was certain that she would require some training in this particular area. "Put it away. It will do us no good here..."
He said, turning his back to the ship and walking through the snow to where the firing was coming from.
***---axelpro---***
He didn't have any weapons, he didn't have training in the force. So far all he has been thinking about was what he didn't have, what he should have done. Dak realized he was worrying himself about the other possible choices he could have made too much and too often. With him it was always "I shouldn't have," or "If only I," even things like "Maybe if I," Dak shook his head.
Dak wasn't going to worry about the what-ifs. He shouldn't and he was going to stop. Seeing Holt move to take action as quickly and decisively as he did. Even seeing Quen's determination spurred his adamant decision. He had to stop being afraid of the unknown even though the unknown was about 10 times more deadly than the unknown before the force was involved. As Dak sat on the ship looking at his surroundings he kept repeating to himself to let the force guide him.
The young boy also came to another revelation. He was acting sporadically, and when did he begin to question his motives, his actions, the effects, his situation? They were just somethings that just happened to be a part of his life, but now everything had to be examined and run through his mind at least once or twice. Dak thought he'd just chalk it up to the force and move on.
Is there anything I can do to help?
***---Jenno---***
Jenno had sat in a chair in the corner of the ship. He needed to be as secluded as possible, it had become something he was used to. Something he preferred. But as he sat down in the seat he sank deep into the force, he began his long meditation. Things were going... different than expected. But never the less, Jenno used his time to look upon things, the past, the present and the future, something he found very disturbing indeed. He sat there and let the waves of the force lap within his mind, leaping through it. A sense of calm overwhelmed him, the feeling came from the past, it felt... old.
Jenno could here the words around him, but only muffles fell upon his ears, faint fractures of words that all made sense to him. He knew what the words were, he had been here before, the force had brought him here before, as it done so many times.
He need not speak, he knew the decision that would be made. And he knew it was a good one. He had visited the planet briefly before, when the Jedi had briefly occupied it. But other than that one time, the planet was new to him, and he accepted that is was most likely going to be different after all of these years.
He sat there still and waited for the moment... waiting... waiting... there. His eyes blazed open and he looked beyond the ship. The gun shots, the shaking. He stood up, took hold of his clock and raised the hood over his head as the snow fell outside. As he moved, he muttered, the others would hear him but it was intended to only be for himself. "Why are we always called by the sound of battle" Jenno released a heavy sigh before stepping out of the craft.
***---Cyberguy---***
Holt didn't turn around to face the Master, knowing it folly to turn one's back to the enemy, but rather acknowledged him with a simple motion of the head. To be honest, though he had not expected it, nor had he asked for it, Holt was rather glad to have Master Jenno with him. The events which had transpired between Rilia and this frozen rock would have transpired with or without the Master being present. Though, as Holt was just beginning to realize, the coming events would be made much more easy by his presence. Without him there, Holt would have had to have made the coming trek through the snow alone.
As the Master neared, Holt spoke out through the falling snow. "Care to close the gap?"
He said, before taking off at a Force-augmented run through the snow towards the source of the turret fire.
***---The Conman---***
Arili had run back up to the cockpit and had began manually triangulating the location of the turret fire, which had ceased to get any closer as they couldn't get a lock on their target. The issue was that she couldn't get a lock on them either, as the jamming blinded her as much as it did them. Visual identification was out of the question, the ship had no blasters and its missile systems were finicky at best in atmospheres. All she could do was watch the massive computer modulate the jammer's frequency and amplitude to most annoy anyone trying to use any form of communications equipment or sensors. She watched it and made sure it was set to full auto, if they made successful contact she'd have to return to manually shut it down.
Arili got up and headed back to the now empty crew cabin, and grabbed a jacket from one of the storage bins and put it on. She put her saber on her belt, then walked out of the ship, looking back to make sure that the ramp retracted correctly, and took off at a run to catch up to the group.
***---Jenno---***
Jenno stopped and looked at his foot imprints below him. It did not take a moment before the treads were filled, as if he had not been there a moment ago. He looked up at Holt, the wind lashed against his face, causing his hood to wave constantly, it covered his right eye, which helped to shield his face from the falling snow.
He watched as Holt spoke and then ran with the guidance of the force towards where they fire was coming from. His eyes sharpened, as if he could see something in the distance. Within the blink of an eye, he had flipped over to the right as a shot went through the air of where he had once been.
Jenno landed on one knee, glancing up towards the distance, he locked on with the force, and ran. He sprinted, the force carried him as he seemingly moved in a zig zag position. An onlooker would think that he jumped from to the other, taking no steps in between. Or some transportation device was carrying him there. After the next shot he made a sprint for it and felt Holt only a meter or so in front of him.
Looking around he could barely see, the snow thrashed against his face, such delicate things whipped Jenno's face, melting as the touched. But he kept on running and running, if what he had been through up to this point hadn't stopped him, then no snow storm would.
***---The Conman---***
Arili was about 200 m behind the group when the shots started ringing out . She stopped and watched as the two Jedi dodged the bolts and made progress towards the city. She turned around, and headed back to the ship, to watch over Verena , Dak, and Quena. Her place was there. Holt and Jenno could take care of themselves, for the time being.
Arili arrived back at the ship and went back up the ramp, and saw the group of younglings in the ship. The ship was relatively safe. With the jammer going nuts on the Mando's Communications and sensors, and the fact that the ship was out of range of their defenses and behind a large mound of some form of ice or rock or a combination thereof, Arili thought it was a good idea to stay put.
((OOC: sorry about my last post, I was confused as to what was going on. Verena, Dak, and Quena are all in the ship ATM, as well as Arili. Jenno and Holt are currently attacking the base. If anything is off, let me know.))

OOC: I sort of jumped the gun with this post, so don’t respond until Conman gives the “okay” or “Skip it”. To be honest, there could be many things I missed, like could his ship detect my group before we got close and stuff like that. Also, Belle, I’ll continue the interrogation bit same time tomorrow.
IC: “Oh goodie,” Serin huffed in response to Techie’s flare, wishing she could drag him out into the cold snow with them. She wasn’t sure if he’d heard her however as her com suddenly broke out into an annoying buzz, causing her a bit more than a little aggravation.
“Damnit! What’s wrong with this blasted thing?” she shouted to nobody in particular.
She didn’t have to tell the mandalorians around her what was happening though, since they all shared the same frequency and so they all quickly picked up the pace. It was pretty obvious to them that somebody was jamming the signal and they all knew that there was little chance their prey had missed the flare, so now all they could do was hope they could reach there target before whoever it was escaped.
*--*
Meanwhile, in the ship…
Verena had opted to stay through her silence and had remained silent as the group exchanged more words before splitting. It wasn’t that she didn’t have any opinions on the matter but she always preferred the role of follower, not wanting to deal with possible consequences of her decisions, or having to keep an eye out on the entire group.
As the rest left however, she was actually tempted to speak out as she noticed that all the older Jedi had left, leaving her in charge of the younglings! She had just been put into the position she hated most, with which her only response was a muttered, “Great…”
Thankfully though, her bitterness was short lived as she noticed the entrance to the ship once again opening, followed by Arili stepping inside. With a sigh of relief, she finally decided to get up and actually stretch her legs. She had been sitting and pondering for the entire time and she was quickly growing tired of it, having picked up an interest on the planet they had just landed on. Besides, if she didn’t move quickly, Arili could dash out at any moment and leave her to take care of the younglings for good.
In one quick motion Verena had stepped up and was passing Arili, whispering as she passed, “I’ll be outside, have fun with the younglings…”
She smiled as she opened the ship’s exit and took a step into the freezing open, feeling as if she could embrace the invigorating cold. It was such a different climate to the same old boring Rilia one, that she couldn’t help but revel in it. She had little time to enjoy the air though as she was suddenly attacked.
Verena cried out in surprise and pain as a woman jumped out of nowhere and caught her wrist in a vise like grip. She never had the chance to react however as the woman released her wrist just as quickly and moved into a whirl, using the momentum to slam her foot into Verena, sending the poor retawan hurtling back into craft.
Verena’s breath was forced from her lungs as she crashed heavily into the wall opposite the entrance, weakly slumping to the floor as she fought a losing battle to retain her consciousness.
“Anyone else want some?” Serin spat as she grabbed hold of the entrance’s side and pulled herself into the ship, raising a clenched fist in challenge; two heavily armed mandalorians stepping up right behind her.
In that instant however, her enthusiasm for violence quickly switched to shock as she gaped so wide she almost dislocated the lower half of her jaw. She was just stunned by the fact that the threat they had detected was essentially a ship filled with kids! They’d just raided an interplanetary school bus, not an assault craft.
Actually, the only adult she did see was a blue and exotic looking twilek, with some admirable scars (Or at least in a mandalorian’s eyes) but otherwise even the girl she had knocked down seemed a little young. The thing is that Serin had no idea she was actually looking at a bunch of Jedi and so was totally underestimating them, but at the moment, that was beside the point.
She quickly regained her composure however and entered the ship properly with the two mandalorians, her face growing grim as she contemplated what to do with a ship full of young. The mandalorians with her kept the weapons steadily aimed at Arili, recognizing her as the true threat. Meanwhile, outside the rest had established a perimeter of sorts.

*The little fey looked at the woman who entered the ship with the armored men and with a small tightening hand on the hilt of her blade watched as the shadows around the ship seemed just a little darker and moved her head between her knees and put her hands over her ears while mumbling to herself about the light overcomes darkness*

*Lilith stood on the bridge of the ship Dun Mok and with a groan spoke blandly to the twi-lek on the command chair*
Rashaz my dear dear Rashaz, how can you continue to listen to that woman. She doesn't even have the power to project a true form across the galaxy, and now on her supposed word we have to leave the warmness of Cathar for this........ this frozen wasteland.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------
*Tysk continued to look through her helmet at Ergal and smiled under her helmet as a small plan formulated in her head and her eyes worked the HUD to disable the breath filter and as she spoke pheromones would seep through the air and intoxicate those who didn't have proper masks*
So vod, where the pretty one go. I was looking forward to a little freedom.
ooc: I don't know if Ergal has his helmet on or not. If yes ignore pheromones if no then he would have a lower resistance to Tysks suggestions

Arili walked up from behind the younglings to in front of them. She looked curiously at the mandalorians.
Don't speak
She sent in waves through the force to Dak and Quena.
Halay, kea'tamany moksava helos?
She said in her native tongue, looking from the leader to the guards and back again.

Arili was waiting for a response form the mandalorians when suddenly something tugged at her through the force, a voice, calling to her. She listened and saw a shadowy figure that dissolved into an immage of her sister, tied to a rock...
Arili shook her head. She had no idea what had just happened, but what ever it was it wasn't pleasant. She looked back at the group, awaiting a response.

In the mandalorian base, things were getting hot; or at least for poor Ergal…
As he stood trying to look intimidating, his partner couldn’t help but give him a curious look. The thing is, Ergal seemed to have been fidgeting more and more with his belt and appeared to be growing increasingly uncomfortable. From his partner’s view it looked as if Ergal needed to make a dash for the latrine, especially as he began shifting his weight around more and more, but indeed, it was a lot more complicated than that.
Soon, it appeared as if something had snapped and in one quick motion Ergal, without any explanation, pushed past his partner and simply said, “You’re up.”
With a completely baffled look, his partner watched him leave and disappear around a nearby corner before turning to face the subject. With a shrug though, the mandalorian stepped up to Tysk and pondered out aloud, in a very feminine voice, “Hmm, I wonder what got into him...”
The mandalorian removed her helmet, revealing herself to be female with long blonde hair and dark piercing eyes, with a single scar which fell across her right eye. She appeared pretty disconnected with the whole situation, obviously having less interest in the interrogation than the other two.
The woman took in a deep breath, savouring the fresh open air compared to the stuffiness of the helmet before taking a seat where Serin had been last. Then with a simple sigh at the tediousness of it all, she began, “Well, let’s get it over with. Serin’s going to shoot you when she gets back anyway… I can tell because she usually starts with that whole ‘tell me about yourself’ bit before she executes her prisoners. I guess it’s her way of showing respect in a way, or maybe it’s some sick game to her, either way… is there anything you want to get off your chest, like why you’re here for starters?”
*--*
As Serin was about to answer the twilek’s very annoying (To her, at least) question, she was suddenly flashed the image of the interrogation room, followed by a slightly eerie voice… For a second she actually wasn’t so sure that the shiver down her spine was from the cold surroundings.
The mandalorian quickly brushed the feeling aside however, not wanting to dwell on something that wasn’t tangible and in front of her. So she returned her attention towards Arili and through gritted teeth replied, “Don’t play dumb and deactivate your jammer, or we’ll do it for you… don’t believe that the fact you have kids on board will stop us from burning this ship.”

(just becuase it got lost)
Holt had just made it to the edge of the camp, having sped up significantly after spotting the Mandalorians nearing their ship. He turned around, expecting to see Jenno behind him. But, before he could even try to make out the Master's form in the snow, he instinctively turned around, facing the full bront of a massive blaster bolt from a nearby turret.
And, though he had the reflexes of a Nelvaan, The Force, and his own years of physical conditioning on his side, he would never have been quick enough to avoid the blast. And the the bolt made contact, plowing the Knight into the ground before anything could be done to help him.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^
Meanwhile, at his controls, Techie flinched under his helmet. He was used to his turrets making their marks, but it was still unsettleing to watch an unarmored person be hit by one of those blasts directly. Nobody should have to go through that, Techie thought.
As he noticed the others had reached the ship, he disengaged the ADTs. There was no more honour to be gotten here.
(and cue Jenno!)

OOC: I'm bringing Keiran back.
IC: Keiran approached from the base, with Hunter's Vengeance having just landed with Keiran's latest acquisition in tow. His sensors had picked up the defense perimeter opening fire as well as the engine trails of 2 shuttles. If someone had been firing the ADT's the shuttles had gotten close way to close.
He had been gone for a few years and it seemed that since then things had gotten to pot. A'den wasn't keeping as tight a rein on the place as he had been in the past, which could mean only one thing A’den was no longer in command, had left, or was simply dead. As much as it pained him he knew A’den would never willingly have given up command, he was the Mandalore and would have died to defend that right which beyond himself he doubted very many had the ability to do. The chances of him leaving were just as slim meaning the only possible explanation was that he was simply dead. As much as it pained him to say it, it was the only logical explanation. He had grown to respect the man, something Keiran rarely had for anyone. Of course if A’den was dead it meant his position as second-in-command was also compromised.
That wasn’t the point now he was first going to find the man in charge and figure out what was going on. Last he checked he still had his reputation as the galaxy’s most notorious hunter.
Near the ADT’s he spotted a lone Mandalorian fire one shot he must have hit his target and judging the figure he could make out from the distance using his suit’s macrobinoculars it was a humanoid. It was an impressive shot, but Keiran still needed to vent his irritation on someone.
The black and red figure approached the gunner.
What's going on here, ner vod? came Keiran's voice cold and emotionless as usual.

Techie stepped aside from the controls and over to the nearby communications console, where he began to enter various anti-jamming signals, mostly of his own design, to try to establish a link. It was rather tedious work, requiring little effort, and so he was able to turn and face his fellow Mandalorian as he approached.
"Just taking care of everything. Like I always do... Speaking of which, good to have you back. I wouldn't want to act like too much of a leader."
He said, raising an unseen eyebrow.
"Don't recognize me? I doubt you would. I'm somewhat new to this camp. Showed up just a bit after you left. Shame that. The Name's Techie, by the way. Head of Engineerings, Communications, Technologies, and overall best thing that's happened to our brothers here in a long time."
He said, though not at all sarcastically. After all, it was true. And even though they hated it, everybody here knew it.
"But enough talk. We got some fairly...unique intruders here. Completely unarmed, incredible runners, haven't seen too many like them. I hit one just now. Might be a good time to take command again, eh?"
(hurry up and have somebody see Holt)
