Arili had tried the whole light side approach to things, and it seemed to be failing in the given situation. She rolled her eyes. She didn't want to fight, it required way to much energy. That and the vision that she had seen had hit home a little more then she'd have liked. The dark side of her was trying to force its way out, and she was seriously tempted to let it, or control it at least. Arili was, for the first time in a long time, aggravated.
She put her arm up and knocked the two guards into the wall, then looked back at the mandalorian.
Leave. Now.
She said in perfect Basic. Apparently the helmets had translators, and the innocent Twi'lek thing that worked 20 years ago didn't any more.

Keiran suppressed a snort. This one had quite an opinion of himself.
You're a little to cocky for my tastes. People like you usually cause more trouble than their worth.
Keiran looked back out into the landscape and zoomed in with his suit's macrobinoculars.
Stang. Judging by their reflexes they're force-users, most likely Jedi. This won't end well. Grab your blaster and follow me. If this is what I think it is we're going to need a little help.
Keiran turned and headed back towards the exit and then to their visitors beyond.

(Hey, Lelaf, sorry to say this, but this is not an open thread. And since we don't want anybody else knowing about the Jedi just yet, I'm afraid your character can't be here.)
Techie leaned up against the communications controls. and continued just the same.
"Blaster? You have been gone a long time, haven't you?"
He said, entering yet another command, this one actually penetrating the signal to the point where he was able to double over on a commlink's signal and create a single secure connection to, as it just so "randomly" happened, Serin's comm.
"I don't use blasters. I'm the one who sits in this room and operates the turrets. By the way, you might want to switch your blaster out with one of my new ones."
He said, motioning towards a rack of S-Zeros hanging on the wall, though not without a grin. The S-Zero was, by far, his most prized creation. When he had first been brought to Rhen Var as a prisoner, he had been given the annoying duty of repairing the blasters which had been jammed, stopped, de-energized, or otherwise ruined by the zub-sero temperatures. And so, in his spare time, he began to create a series of blaster rifle and pistol attachments which were designed to transfer the kinetic energy released when the blasters froze into an anti-freeze device which actually doubled the blaster's output in sub zero temperatures. Everybody here used them.
He was taken away from his thoughts by the confirmation of a connection with Serin's comm. He spoke through the secure connection to her.
<Surprised to hear me, Serin?. I've managed to lock on to their transport. Keiran says, oh, yeah, he's back, by the way, that we've got some Force Users here. If you'd like, I could buzz their ship from here. They're within range.>
He asked, referring to another of his creations, an artillery device which created a vibro-field along whatever matter it struck, in this case, their ship, causing it to vibrate or "buzz" to the point where nothing worked.

Keiran rolled his eyes. Fortunately, his helmet prevented Techie from seeing it though he had no doubt the cocky technician knew he was doing it.
Your arrogance is going to get you killed some day. I just hope I'm around to see it.
He walked out the door speaking one last sentence before it closed behind him.
I prefer to keep my blaster as is, thanks.
Keiran shook his head walking down the hallway to the entrance shaking his head if that was a sample of what all the Mandalorians were like this little group wasn't going to be around much longer. He just hoped the others weren't as cocky as that one.

OOC: Damn… It completely slipped my mind that my character wouldn’t understand your language. I was just kind of used to chatting with Tysk and so the automatic translation just came through. By the way, Serin is wearing this: Image of GearShe hasn’t changed into her mandalorian gear yet, so she isn't wearing a helmet. She's wearing like a small headset, basically. I guess that can have a translator though. IC: She could feel the wave of energy brushing past her as it blew her companions back, sending them off their feet and crashing a ways behind her. Serin herself however, remained unharmed and in place, a little in shock and yet she knew enough that the Twilek had missed her intentionally. It didn’t take her long to figure out why though; the Jedi had just threatened her… As the realization of this hit her, she couldn’t help but grind her teeth in frustration, amazed at the gall of this Jedi. She was a mandlorian, did this Twilek really believe that such parlour tricks were going to frighten her! She was quick to compose herself however and her scowl had soon become an amused smile, one which portrayed her own arrogance quite effectively. She was definitely going to have to make some space in her trophy case. With this improved outlook of the situation, Serin took the first, almost casual, step forward as she asked in a somewhat derisive tone, “You think me afraid… Jedi?” She put on a mocking display of naiveté as she shifted another step closer, cocking her head slightly as if in curiosity, before proceeding, “Should I be quivering after that ‘awesome’ display of… power?”“Or, maybe, I should run and get off the ship like you asked, to return to the mandalorian base in humiliation?” she asked, the rhetorical nature of the question quite obvious. She stopped once the gap between her and Arili had closed to, at least, a meter. Pressing a hand atop a nearby seat, she leaned against it as she rested her free hand on her hip, not even bothering to move into a fighting stance; feigning as if she didn't care there was a possible opponent so close. “Unfortunately, if you don’t intend to surrender, then I have only two words for you…” even as she said it her calm smile had broken into a menacing grin as she grew giddy with excitement and she uttered, “bring it.”The fact of the matter was that opportunity had just shown itself to Serin, through Arili’s power. It wasn’t everyday that a mandalorian got to battle a Jedi and it was a great honour to defeat one. This was the chance of a lifetime for Serin and if she could, she wasn’t going to let it slip so easily through her fingertips. For all she knew, if the Sith succeeded then neither she nor anyone else would ever get such an opportunity ever again. Even as she waited for Arili’s response, her comm. returned to life and Techie’s familiar voice came through. “As awesome as ever Techie, fire away,” she replied.

The mandalorian wasn't phased by what she had done to her companions. Surprising, but Arili was starting to get an idea of how these people operated. She had made the mandalorian want to fight her more. When she stepped , Arili decided she wanted to keep things civil, and stepped back a couple of paces.
She heard the comm crackle to life, and realized the jammer had been defeated. Arili was surprised it had lasted that long, it was designed for quick get aways and ambushes, not hiding a ship in an atmosphere.
Arili decided to try to talk to the Maldalorian. Maybe that would help a bit. mabye. She didn't want to fight them, and had purposefully only knocked out the two guards.
We don't need to fight here. my group is here for two reasons, Fuel and to get to the nearest Empire controlled computer. We've attacked you in direct response to you shooting at us, if you guys had decided to make contact with a radio instead of a blaster cannon, we wouldn't be in this situation. I don't want to hurt you or any of your companions, and neither does anyone else who came here with me. Why you feel the need to fight me is still beyond me, but we aren't going to get rid of the empire and its oppression by you and I killing each other.
She explained, hoping the Mandalorian would get it that they weren't here for them.

Techie's hand was mere milimeters from the "execute" key before he stopped it to listen to what the intruder had to say. She (or a he with a rather feminine voice), certainly seemed to be telling the truth. Techie soon came back through on Serin's comm, though he incresed speaker volume so all present could hear, making sure to warn Serin first. Certainly nobody watned to blow out the newbie's ears.
<Alright then, if what you're telling us isn't just Osik, then you'll get your feul on our terms. As prisoners, and at a very high price.>
He said, firing the Buzz towardsa Arili's ship

Arili rolled her eyes then looked at Serin. This was going a little less well than she had wanted. First they had knocked out Verena, then they had boarded her ship after they had shot at them, then they wanted to take them prisoners. And now the ship was vibrating. She looked around as a shovel vibrated its self out of its holder and clattered onto the floor, before the vibrating stopped. As did the lights. Whatever had hit the ship had knocked out the power.
So, your telling me that your just going to do what you were going to do anyway?
She said.
Allright, here's how this is going to work, I'll go with you, and the kids get to stay here. The ship is disabled, so they aren't about to go anywhere. I just don't trust you enough to keep them alive in your little base over there.
She said, knowing the Mandalorians would do umpteen things to the kids before probably eventually killing them.

Keiran approached the ship and boarded it himself. This whole situation was spiraling out of control already and the Mandalorians didn't need another war with the Jedi. The last one had wiped most of them out and it was only now that they had finally rebuilt themselves. He shook his head; these younger Mandalorians were far too bloodthirsty. Fighting here and now against a bunch of children, Jedi or not, could hardly be considered honorable.
He saw 2 of the guards lying motionlessly on the ground. They should have known better than to corner a Jedi like that. The Twi'lek he recognized instantly as a Jedi, mostly by her clothes. The other woman standing most have been this Serin he had heard about.
He spoke to his fellow Mandalorian first, in their Mando tongue, Stand down, I'll handle this.
He removed his helmet showing his face. The only thing that had changed were the gray streaks that now ran through his hair. His eyes still bore the eerie red glow of his Chiss heritage.
Showing his face was something he rarely did before strangers, but it seemed like a necessity. Though, he wasn't sure. Diplomacy wasn't his strong suit.
His voice was strong and clear, his basic clear and crisp.
I apologize for our actions. With the many events going on in the galaxy we're all still jumpy.
He offered his hand to the Jedi.
My name is Keiran.

Arili was getting slightly annoyed by these Mandalorians inability to knock. But, it was to the point where even if she wanted to shut the door, she couldn't. The ship was, for lack of a better word, broken. And this Mandalorian seemed to actually be capable of speech.
Arili shook his hand.
Likewise, Arili Annunaki.
She said, relieved to finally have a diplomatic solution to the problem at hand.
We have not come here out of malace, we are here for access to an Empire computer terminal and for some Fuel. Our presence means you no harm. I am deeply sorry for this misunderstanding, and I hope that we can find a solution that will please both of our interests.
She explained to Keiran.

Keiran winced slightly.
The fuel, we can provide no problem, though as to how much I can't be certain. If necessary I can have some siphoned off of either of my ships if it comes to that. I'll also see what we can do to repair your ship.
There was a slight bit of hesitancy that flickered through his eyes.
As for access to a terminal, we can't provide that. We plan to stay neutral in you war unless one side or the other hires us out. Providing information would come to close to choosing sides for us.
Keiran shrugged his shoulders.
As much as we hate being rude to people, your prescence here is indeed a danger. Although I hate being inhospitable, we need you offplanet as soon as possible. Unfortunately, your ship is out of commission, so for better or worse you are our guests here. If you'd follow me I'll bring to someplace warm for you and the children as well as have some food brought. But beyond that, that's all I can do.

Arili was tentative to follow this Keiran, but he seemed to be trustworthy. She looked back at Dak , and Quena. Then looked back to Kerian.
Alright, we will be off world as soon as my ship is in working order again. I respect your neutral stance on this matter, and we will remember how well your men fought down here. Sure gave us a run for our money. I'd love to see what you guys could do to some Empire troops.
She said with a smirk, remembering how the Mandalorians had been on top of them within seconds of landing. They would make useful commandos for striking Empire strong points.
Arili was getting concerned about Holt. She had no idea where he was, and the firefight had gotten pretty intense between the ADT's and them. She only hoped he hadn't done anything to jeopardize the Mandalorians hospitality.
We appreciate your hospitality very much, lead the way.
She said, wanting to get warm. The cold air blowing in the open ramp was getting to her.
