With the Jedi's entry the Chancellor's hand shook in the slightest manor. Just enough to give the delicate tea cup a turning. Rendor lightly licked his lips in a gesture that could be interpreted as removing the fringes of a spill from his lips.
Without a word the Chancellor stood and walked toward a window. There he stood for a few moments looking out into his city. There was a dark Aura there, something that is brought about by too much death in one place. A ancient evil that has festered on this planet for far to long, a malice that was released on this day that was devoted to death. It was almost as if he could hear and see the dieing Sith and Jedi from his Penthouse window, but this did not effect him. With the same icyness he turned to face the Jedi.
"Do you think we are in any real danger." the Chancellor spoke in his put on, inflected voice that was saved for the most respected Senatorial Persons. "My Jedi, these Sith... they will not be a problem here. Epically now with the arrival of the Jedi in my chambers. I do not see reason enough to leave these quarters, they comfort me and it would be such a hustle to move about the city today."

Riko was beginning to lose patience himself. In these stressful times, in this most dangerous situation, it would help the Republic if the current Chancellor still lived, and would help the people trust the Jedi if they were to save their leader. Riko suspected that the people's trust in the Jedi had been shaken as of late, but with the Chancellor's safety, that would no longer be a problem. Riko could die now, but the Jedi would at least have the support of those who they had sworn to protect. That in itself was a great thing. If the need arose, Riko would take the Chancellor away by force. The Sith were coming here and they had been lucky the Jedi had arrived first.
[glow=blue,2,000]Chancellor, I must insist that.............[/glow] Suddebly, the window shattered into pieces, flying all over like bullets behind the Supreme Chancellor. Reflexively, Riko abandoned himself to the Force, letting its waves drag the Jedi Master and guide him to the right path, allowing its threads to hold him, linking him to all of his surroundings and reading every single surrounding as if it were an open book, an instruction booklet as to what needed to be done. Reading, Riko took hold of the Chancellor through the Force, and Rendor flew towards the Jedi Master like a nail attracted by a magnet. Before the cut window could injure him, the Chancellor was safe. The True Sith flew right through the window. Riko wasn't surprised to see them. They must have been the ones to break the window. Riko yelled out in order.
[glow=blue,2,000]Engage tham Jedi! I will take the Chancellor to safety. Danse, follow me.[/glow]

He opened his mouth to combat the Jedi but instantly he was taken in by two events. One was that he heard the glass splitting behind him and two, he was being pulled... no, dragged from his current position and toward the Jedi as the wall behind him erupted in flicks of glass and shrapnel. "If you knew this was going to happen," he began in a chastising voice, "you should have said so sooner. I would have been more than glad to accompany you them." he ended in a scold. "Master Jedi," he said after experiencing a violent shiver, the effects of being wrapped by this Jedi's 'Force' caused his stomach to turn, "I suggest we delay no longer, hurry! Take me from here."

Danse was confused by the Chancellors reaction, Riko had just saved his life and...see wasn't going to go in a certain direction of her thoughts. Danse followed behind the chancellor who was in between of herself and Riko all of a sudden battle droids appeared and she began to take them out in swift dance like motions with her rainbow colored lightsaber. Decapitation five of them and foce throwing three into the wall...all of a sudden the place began to shake...

OOC: Charmed, they are Nosferatu/Ninjaii, not Battle Droids.
IC: Riko had to drag the Chancellor to safety. The True Sith were nearing rapidly, sabers drawn. Apparently, their aim was not to simply capture the Chancellor, but to kill him. As the Jedi engaged the True Sith, Riko and Danse headed out of the room, the Jedi Master focusing on taking the Chancellor to safety. With this focus, he barely heard what the leader of the Republic was saying, but judging by his tone, it was rather a scolding more than relief at being caught by a Jedi and brought out of harm's way. No matter what happened, Riko had to bring the man to safety. If the leader of the Republic was saved by the Jedi, perhaps the people would trust them a bit more.
Meanwhile, within the Chancellor's private suite, the Jedi and the Sith fought hard, but eventually, it was the Jedi who suffered more as the Sith pushed the back hard and strong. It was difficult to kill these enemy. Their skills were sharpened like a knife's edge, and cutting them down would only slow them down as they would later come back more furious than before. A few Sith had fallen when many Jedi had. It seemed this battle would be a quick one untill a large ship loomed right outside the window, the sound of it's roaring engine baffling the eardrums of Jedi and Sith alike. Neither group watched what was happening, fearing to lose focus on the task at hand, until laser burst in an explosion of light and sound, red fire shooting everywhere, taking down Sith upon Sith until none were left. The boy sitting behind the guns yelled, thrilled by this hunt. With all the Sith gone, the Jedi cheered and bowed to their savior.
Hike spoke into the intercom, smiling proudly at today's achievements.
C'mon! Let's go and get some more of 'em!
Yeah. There's plenty of fighting going in inside the churce. I doubt the Millennium Falcon will fit in. You might enjoy some covert action.
Hike smiled broadly at this. Sitting behind the guns of the Millennium Falcon was fun, but getting some action done with his own hands was even more exciting. He'd had a big adventure today after all. He would thank his friend later for this. Hike sent his approval through the comm and the Falcon sped off toward the Church of St. Lorthias.

OOC: XD, they're not exactly Ninjaii either, they're both Nosferatu and Ninjaii and are called True Sith. Whatever. It doesn't matter anymore.
IC: The trio stopped in front of the elevator leading down to what would inevitably be the Chancellor's safety. That was when Danse asked where they were going. It was quite obvious they would be going to the fallout shelter deep under the Senate appartments, but Danse might not have known about this or hadn't guessed it at first. Riko turned to see Danse's curious face. He would not see it again for a very long time.
[glow=blue,2,000]Danse, take the Chancellor to the fallout shelter. Other senators will be there. I must go and aid the remaining Jedi at the Church.[/glow] Without another glance back at the duo, Riko left quickly, his true motives unspecified. The time has come to end everything at last. His part was complete. Now, he would only have to sit back and enjoy the show.

The battle had looked to be far away from her appartment. Watching the destructive spectacle from her window, she found it strange that more enemy landers had descended in a relatively unknown area of the city, at least several thousands of kilometers away from the Senate buildings. Just as the powers of the Jedi were far beyond her comprehension, so were their methods of warfare. Perhaps something that was of no importance to her, but was more than deserving of a Jedi's consideration, was in that place. Whatever it was, the attack on the Jedi Temple could be seen plainly, and the attack on the military HQ, although further away, was also nearly in plain sight.
As a Senator, Jasmine had to group as many others as possible. It was fortunate that most were in their homeworld where they were safe, but Jasmine, despite her age, was determined to fulfill her duty to the very end. She would be with the people she served for as long as possible, and this was where she would do her duty best. This was where all her work was done, but now was a time to leave. That was Jasmine's strong point. She knew when she was in danger, and if she died, she knew she wouldn't be able to serve her people any longer, that she wouldn't have completed her task. For the good of others, her life was important. Besides, she was not planning on dying now, but she would have to consult someone before heading back to her home, some she could trust. The first person that came to mind was Ignatius. He was known to be sensitive to the Force and perhaps could offer her some insight as to what was going on here. She headed for her ship, her bodyguard escorting her. When at the ship, her pilot was there waiting.
Set the co-oridinate for Naboo. I need to see Senator Fletcher.
*Move Jasmine to Naboo*

When far enough from the battle of the True Sith Rendor spoke to the Jedi Student "I am sorry my Lady but this is as far as I am willing to go with you." He folded his hands and looked at her, "i have seen the kind of power these 'True Sith' have and I don't think you have the kind of ability to protect me accurately. I thank you for your service but I must ask you to carry on with your intended path. Thank you." With that the chancellor turned and hit a panel. Nest to the panel a compartment on the wall, the chancellor entered in a seres of numbers and codes and a blue light flashed. This would trigger his personal guard and a division of security that would take him to his personal fall out shelter.

Danse, used the force to stop the chacellor from going anywhere else. She ran up to him and said, "I am a jedi knight, not a student. I was instructed to watch you and I am...I'm going where ever you go...

After feeling the sensation of being wrapped in the power of this young Jedi the Chancellor turned. A vein was pulsing at his temple and his anger was growing rapidly. "How dare you! By the order of the Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic I order you to release me. No Jedi no matter your rank will hold me prisoner." to him, if the Jedi was not a master, then they were obsolete and out matched. The look on his face was grimier than the face of one on their death bed. The look that had caused many a Declaration of attack to be refuted by smaller systems.

Surrell had long since landed on the great city of Coruscant, escorting a prisoner he found on Jabiim, the rainswept planet in the Outer Rim. His name was Ushii Jangahir, and Surrell's orders were to take this illustrious once-Jedi, to the Emperor himself. The escort ship landed in one of the many auxiliary docking bays. Surrell and his cargo went through a security check, and when the issue of whether or not this escort was actually an order came up, Surrell used his high military standing to fend off the pesky security workers. 10 dark troopers accompanied Surrell and Jangahir to the Emperor personal chambers. The party was admitted at once, and were soon standing before the great Emperor Dominus himself. Surrell bowed immediately before speaking.
My lord, I bring you the former Jedi Knight, Ushii Jangahir. He was found on Jabiim, shortly after my fleet arrived there.

Ushii, still in chains, leaned over to speak to Surrell.
[glow=blue,2,300]He's not an "Emporer" you know. He claims the title "Elite". And I told you. I won't be needing these.[/glow]
With a nudge from the Force, Ushii opened the locks on his bonds and they fell to the floor with a clatter.
He stood there, a mild expression on his face, waiting for the Elite Dominus to arrive. They had a lot to talk about.

OOC: Lol, I didn't know they referred to him as the "Elite". I'll remember that from now on. I'm just going to wait for JK, Elite Dominus, to post.

A cold scraping echoed throughout the halls as the bonds that held the captive drug across the ground. Instantly they were flung into the air and caught by the Elite.
[glow=gray,2,300]"Ushii Jangahir, long have you served the corrupt Republic with fealty and honor. What brings you here at this late hour."[/glow]
Ushii would know that he was not speaking of time of day but the dyer situation the Galaxy had been thrown into.
[glow=gray,2,300]"You, as a Jedi served me well and well you will be treated in your time here. If you have thirst drink, if you hunger, eat."[/glow]
Dominus said as he gently motioned toward a table where a crystal pitcher of wine and fine bread sat. Then he turned on Surrell.
[glow=gray,2,300]"I told you to treat the Jedi as guests. They are not our prisoners but if you had been born a year earlier, you would have followed under the Jedi as Generals. Still you should treat them with that same respect. Leave, now."[/glow]
The doors opened and would slam shut as soon as he passed. Any with a force connection could tell that this room was full of powerful Force artifacts from across the galaxy and Dominus was controlling the door with his will. As soon as Surrell left he would wait for Ushii's response.

Surrell left the room as ordered. He was stunned by the Elite's cold reaction. Surrell was simply following orders...He left the Imperial Palace still puzzled by the Elite's seemingly anger with Surrell's behavior. He would ponder it later. He got on the next shuttle going from the Imperial Palace to the Grand Army of the Republic Headquarters. Once there, he retired to one of the many rooms designated for officers. He would seek out the Elite later to discuss what his next orders would be.

Ushii ignored Surrell now that he was here. He sat down at the table.
[glow=blue,2,300]I'm not a Jedi any more, Dominus. Any more than you're still Viskois Rendor, at any rate. I left the order. Personal reasons.
Jabiim was... enlightening. I learned quite a lot... but I found questions I need answers to. Which is why I'm here.[/glow]
Ushii took a sup of the wine and sampled the canapes. Prison food, while sustaining... wasn't the most appetizing thing in the world.
[glow=blue,2,300]I remember our conversation on the trip to Kashyyyk. You remember? Back when Lorthias' Sith attacked?[/glow]

"Ah, I see. I am sure the Jedi will grieve at your loss. As for your personal matters, we shall leave it at that. After all you did not come here to talk of tribal matters."
Dominus listened to the remainder of the lost Jedi's speech. He leaned forward and pressed a button on his desk. The automated voice of a droid clattered in response and Dominus ordered more drink and a tray of filled sandwiches.
"Jabiim, yes. I as well found things on Jabiim to be interesting. Though Kayshyyk was a completely different matter. Mush was said on the Wookie homeworld but if you bring up my position on the Jedi, then nothing has changed. I have stated time and again that the Jedi Have my and this Regency's honor and respect. If you are speaking of a different matter, then please, refresh my memory."
As he finished a droid entered and placed a tray of food before the two inhabitants of the room. Then whirling on its turbo lifts, left the room in a sold silence until Ushii would break it.
