It took quite a bit to keep from chuckling as he felt her emotions wash against him. The combination of her lingering adrenalin and apparently his appearance seemed to have boiled down into a heady concoction in the woman. Not something he was at all displeased with. It actually worked rather well in his favor. Storm cloud eyes took in her soft features, smooth skin, yoral* leaf green eyes, raven hair…Rakesh didn’t allow them to wander, not yet. He would get other chances to study her form…perhaps if he had a chance to walk behind her? Smirking a bit more at the word that she cut off, the emotionally closed man kept his pleased emotions to himself as he watched pink roses bloom in her cheeks.
Even if she hadn’t been radiating her emotions, the lovely woman’s body language spoke loudly enough. Rhissai’s motions almost made the noble breeding in him kick in and lift her chin. Seeing her act this bashful was a far cry from the woman he’d battled before…THIS woman was more vulnerable, and the rejected part of him almost wanted to protect her. That was foolishness, however, since she was more than able to protect herself…and so that part of him was left ignored once more. As he had complimented her, Rakesh noticed the blooming roses in her cheeks grow to be a deeper red, and he couldn’t help but chuckle silently to himself as she gazed at the synthesized dirt and leaves. Those acid green eyes burned up his body toward his face. Rakesh, however, seemed not to notice one bit what she was looking at until her eyes met his. The tilt of her head informed him that there was something different about his appearance; immediately he assumed his eye color had changed. Oh well, it was too late to block the emotion now without it causing more curiosity to build up in her…he’d just have to be more cautious.
Her words brought him out of that line of thinking swiftly. Master, hmm? One eyebrow barely moved as he smirked a bit once more and let out a barely audible chuckle. She had a padawan as well it seemed…well, that might complicate things a bit more than he had hoped, but perhaps the padawan would be useful in some way. Rakesh nodded once and held out an arm to the woman.
Then you shouldn’t keep her waiting. The tardiness of a teacher is unacceptable without good reason…and I’m afraid that I’m just not a good enough reason.
He stated with such deadpan seriousness that it was difficult to tell if he was joking or not.
If you’ll allow, however, I would like to accompany you.
Rakesh waited until she took his arm before leading her out of the room. His walk was easy and smooth, the motion seeming like a well practiced dance, one he knew all the steps to without needing a second thought…like every movement had been planned out and he was simply allowing himself to follow the path. It came from years of training, on and off the dance floor and the sparring mats. Pressing the button to the lift, he waited patiently for it to arrive.
Your padawan…she isn’t likely to take fondly to me you understand?
He asked as the door slid open. Allowing her into the lift first, he stepped within the confines of it and allowed it to carry them upward. It didn’t take long for the lift to bring them to their destination, the quiet ding at the top signaling their stop. One arm behind him, the other outstretched as he signaled for her to exit and lead the way.
Ladies beauty before beast.
Again, it was difficult to tell if he was joking…or serious.

“I'd love for you to accompany me, Rakesh.”
Rakesh was such a gentleman. Rhissai hooked her forearm around his with a big smile cracked across her lips, she just knew that Keilara would love him. Well, hopefully not love him... that would be strange... the raven haired beauty just hoped that her padawan would like the man. She let her head rest lightly on his shoulder as they walked out of the hot and humid jungle and into the drab looking corridor, a part of her wanted to stay there... with him. Though, that very same part of her wanted to do a few... carnal... things with the platinum haired man in that jungle.
Normally, the woman walked with the precise and predatory grace of her Vornskr companion. This grace still had her movement within its grasp she walked with Rakesh through the station and to the turbo lift. Her bright green eyes shifted from the door and up to his gray eyes as he pressed the button to the turbo lift, and she quickly found swallowed by those steel gray eyes. There was something about them... an aura of mystery lingered within those pools. A mystery she wanted to solve.
It took her a few moments for her mind to register his words, something about a padawan not being fond of him. Her mind began to process what little she actually heard, and after a few brief moments the woman's brain finally filled in the blanks in that sentence. A slight frown plagued her face at the thought of Kei not liking Rakesh. How as that possible? Rakesh was so wonderful... she stepped into the lift after him.
“Why wouldn't she be fond of you, Rakesh? Other than the fact that you are, “technically,” a Dark Jedi...”
The turbo-lift lurched slightly at first, but quickly picked up speed until it was rocketing up the length of the station like a charging krayt dragon. Only fast. The door slid open but a few short moments between the door closing originally, the lift dinging somewhat annoyingly as if to signal an obvious stop in motion. She smirked slightly at his comment... beauty before beast, eh? Well, that would mean that Rakesh would be going first... but she would let him have his fun at staring at her backside.
“I think that would be you, Rakesh, but seeing as you put lady in front of it...”
Rhissai walked out of the turbo-lift with the precise movements of the feline species around the galaxy. Every movement was precise. There wasn't a single movement or action that her body performed that wasn't completely and totally intended. Including the movement in her hind quarters, which was somewhat more noticeable than usual. She walked towards the large observation window and gazed out at the stars, waiting for her padawan to arrive. After a few seconds of looking out at the serenity of the infinite expanse she looked over at the man that accompanied her. Yet again, a bright smile arched her lips upwards.
“Now, all that we have to do is wait for Keilara...”

Keilara fidgeted in her dress as the lift descended to the observation area. She was 24 and had yet to dress for any occasion in anything but her Jedi robes. She wasn't sure she liked it. To begin with, she'd made her choice based on how much the model looked like her. She had no idea what would or would not look good. The model had been blonde when all the others were brunette and while the dress was red-ish Kei decided to brave it. She had left without trying it on first and now, as the lift slowed to a halt and the doors opened, she wished she had. She gave the dress one more tug upwards, feeling more exposed than she ever had in her life and exited the lift, heading for the observation deck. Stepping inside, Kei was overwhelmed by the view. All her attention was focused on it and she stepped quickly past everyone as she rushed to stare out of it. It was incredible. Kei could see for what felt like eons and she closed her eyes, trying to see it all through the Force. Slowly, as she calmed her excitement, she was able to create a little line to each star she could see. She was just about to try and expand her sight past the things easily visible when she felt Master Rhiss. Kei's eyes shot open and she glanced around the room her eyes falling on her Master with a man. They seemed rather... familiar... that was... interesting...

There is nothing technical about it, pet. As far as my actions and thoughts are concerned I am...and that is often enough for anyone affiliated with your Order to…”dislike”…me. Though I don’t really find that to be much of a problem, since I don’t particularly care what they, or other dark jedi for that matter, think of me. Most others opinions are of little relevance to me, and of no relevance to what I’m trying to do.
As they spoke, another presence rich in the force, though still rather chaotic and not as streamlined by training, drew nearer. Thorn covered vines wove their way through the force toward the new presence, finding it to be a young female. Turning his eyes toward the lift, a flash of red was seen before it immediately darted for the dome windows, gazing out at the stars for several moments. She appeared to only be staring out at the field of florets that were the stars, however, through the force he could sense her attempting to draw in on the force and absorb knowledge from it. Slowly her rapidly pulsing emotions soothed and the ripples emanating from her through the calming waves of the force diminished. Turning his eyes back to Rhiss, the green clad man nodded his head in the direction of the young woman.
I believe that your padawan is here. The young woman over there appears to have your name echoing around her…not to mention she’s now looking at us.
That wolfish smile appeared once more, the grey in his eyes the only color visible once more. With that, Rakesh withdrew those bramble like vines of his presence and wound the thorny things about him as one would a barrier, to keep anyone from probing too deeply and to hinder and confound those who got further than he wanted. Raising his hand palm upward, he motioned the young woman over to them calmly before resting both his hands behind him and under his cloak at the small of his back.
