Name: Sevrina Terek, aliases Shanna Mastigar and/or Bri (That’s Bree, like free) Garallia. Sometimes referred to as Siren, or Sev, usually by family.
Age: 26
Race: Human, Coruscanti
Height: 5’7”
Weight: 126lbs
Physical Appearance:
She is very much what you’d expect from a higher-class Coruscanti: beautiful, often wears elegant dresses, usually with plunging necklines, and generally holds herself with a very dignified and ladylike air. Usually. Though her wardrobe is often more on the revealing side, she will rarely show the small of her back due to several jagged scars running across it horizontally. She is very rarely seen without a small handbag, except for when working a shift, in which a Model Q4 “Quickfire” holdout blaster permanently resides until needed, as well as an ID badge and several credit chits of various value.
Family:
Quirvos Terek [Brother, 24]
Quinvon Terek [Brother, Deceased]
Vilem Terek [Mother, Deceased]
Syrnath Terek [Father, Deceased]
Bio/History:
Sevrina was born the middle-child, between two brothers, to Syrnath and Vilem Terek, owners of the Dusk Over Coruscant, a fine cuisine restaurant catering mainly to upper-class citizens of Coruscant in the 500 Republica sector, one of, if not the, richest sectors of Coruscant. It was so named for its spectacular scenery that presented Coruscant’s setting sun, though the restaurant occupied the entire floor it was situated on, and showed the sunrise as well on the opposite side. They lived fairly well, with the children helping out around the restaurant now and then, learning the trade from their parents. It was the good life; not the best planetside, but they had everything they needed, and most of what they wanted. Quinvon, the eldest sibling, enlisted in the Imperial Navy as early as they let him, and showed his two younger siblings the basics on how to fly every time he was able to get home on leave, which wasn’t very often, while Quirvos and Sevrina took on actual employments at the Dusk. Life for the Terek’s, it seemed, was exactly where they wanted it. Then it all hit the fan.
Quinvon was killed at twenty-three, in a piloting accident that not even his wingman or the technicians who looked over the remains of his ship know, or will say, exactly what happened. According to them, the ship was fine, there shouldn’t have been any failure. It was likely the pilot’s error that caused the accident. Almost directly afterwards, an assassination attempt on a political figure at the restaurant, ended with the restaurant becoming a hole in the side of a building, a hole in which both of the elder Terek’s had been. After time set aside for mourning, the two remaining siblings put considerable time, effort, and credits into rebuilding the Dusk, which they renamed, after much consideration, the Sunset Over Coruscant, as while it was almost exactly the same, it wasn’t quite the same as the first incarnation. It seemed as though the worst was over and things were starting to look up again as business started to prosper. However, it would seem fate wasn’t quite done with the family just yet.
Also at twenty-three, Sevrina, who had gotten involved with gambling after she proved to have a knack for it to help with a few bills here and there, blew a game againt a man under a Hutt’s employ, or more precisely, lost to a man who cheated. Everyone knew he had cheated, but nobody would say anything against him. Knowing full well she couldn’t pay off the debt with credits, he took it out of her hide, quite literally. She still bears the physical, and emotional, scars to this day, including several whip-marks along the small of her back, though the largest scar the criminal left was mental; the cause of which even her brother only knew of because she had become pregnant during the encounter. This left little doubt in his mind what had happened, even though she never talked about it. It is from ger gambling she started using aliases now and then, which is one of the reasons few people know that Sevrina Terek was ever involved in the encounter. The child, however, was miscarried before it even had started to show physical signs of even existing, and the criminal suffered a brutal death shortly afterwards; a case that was never closed, though a few people know exactly what had become of him. Quirvos was known to have a bit of a temper, afterall, and was easily capable of the brutal injuries that killed the criminal, standing at six-foot eleven, and weighing nearly three-hundred and twenty pounds, the burly man had a tendency to intimidate people, and scare them white when angered; which is one of the reasons he’s a chef, besides his impeccable cooking abilities.
Still, the two recovered together, and thrived in the business. Sevrina remains nearly the same as before, save for the fact that she usually drinks heavily at the end of each week, and doesn’t talk much about her past.
Current Job: Hostess and co-owner, along with her brother, who is the Head Chef, of Sunset Over Coruscant, an fairly upscale restaurant in the 500 Republica, so named for it’s open-window view that shows the setting sun of Coruscant perfectly. She is also a moderately well-known gambler in some upscale circles, as well.
Credits: 500 credits
Skills: Persuasion, Sneaking (More specifically, sleight of hand; comes in handy when gambling in a losing situation, if you follow >_>), and Piloting.
Personality: She is typically very cordial and somewhat friendly in public, especially when appearance is needed, like at her business, though is known to be typically quiet and having a drink in hand when not. Even from her previous…”experiences”, she is still remarkably capable of being seductive when she wants something, though it is her personal preference not to unless necessary. When behind the controls of a spacecraft, however very focused, calm, and somewhat cold, possibly from not wanting to follow her brother’s footsteps too closely, as he was known to be cocky, joking, and a little flamboyant when flying.
