Two jedi interceptors appeared out of hyperspace, both gleaming in the empty vaccuum of Onderon space. Amidst the two agile crafts was a cluster of ships both big and small, entering and leaving Iziz starport, the main port of Onderon. Kalo navigated his way through the maze and eventually found himself out in the open driving straight ahead for Iziz.
The two entered the atmosphere with ease and through having communicated efficently with the flight center they were able to land safely with the confines of a neat hangar. Kalo hoped out of his craft as technicians approached to service the ship for whenever it would take off next time, filling it with carburant. Kalo nodded to Yuthur to follow.
Once outside they were adressed with Starport Visas which would allow them to pass in and out of Iziz freely, almost everyone had one these days except for the illegal immigrants possibly but even the low of low could get their grubby hands on such luxuries. Having thanked them, the two jedi paced down the stairs of the starport and into the main square where life was thriving. Merchants, thugs, guards and citizens covered the whole area, it was refreshing to have the force flow so strongly sround him. He fed on it and consumed it, he was now one with it and aware of all things good and bad.
Now like all places in the galaxy, Kalo knew that if you wanted information on recent news then the best place to find it would be the local cantina. He walked on and eventually sighted one, he entered it passing the Aqualish bouncer accompanied by his brute of a friend, a Gamorrean with a disgruntled look.
Once having entered he kept to the shadows and nodded to Yuthur raising his hood.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Keep a low profile, Onderonians have a long dark history with the jedi and it's likely that there's a bounty on my head. Let's split up, if you find any info contact me by comm. Let's go.[/shadow][/glow]
Kalo parted with his padawan learner in search of a reliable source, a glass of Juma juice and perhaps a good game of Pazaak.

Having parted from his padawan, Kalo found himself at the bar. He sat down upon the stool with his head bowed low, now that he was out of vision he revealed his face to the bartender who fortunately happend to be a protocol droid. He ordered his drink and kept to himself. When his drink had arrived he sipped at it slowly with short intervals where he peered around the room to spot some sort of reliable species with whom he may communicate with.
Half way through his drink he just so happened to spot a Twi'lek playing a game of pazaak with extremely high stakes in the balance, almost 2000 credits were being played for. The crowd that had surrounded the two players made it obvious who was the better of the two, the Twi'lek seemed to be a seasoned player and was unlikely to share information with just anyone unless he had some sort of respect for them.
Once the game had finished the crowd roared with excitement as the Twi'lek took the winnings and the loser took the walk of shame. Now was his chance, it would be risky drawing attention to himself but the Twi'lek looked like his best shot and sometimes risks would have to be taken. He moved over and sat down in front of the gambler, he greeted him in Twi'lek tongue and he followed suit.
Aahhh, a foreigner to Onderon, what brings you here Master Jedi?
Kalo looked him in the eye.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]It's simple, we play a game, If I win you tell me everything I want to know, if you win then you get 3000 credits. What do you say?[/shadow][/glow]
The Twi'lek grinned.
Very well, let us play!
Pazaak was a simple number game, hardly any skill was required to win at it. Although in this game you could change your odds by simply using the cards in your hand to either add or minus from your overall total therefore if you were to go over 21 by 3 then a minus 3 card could be used to hit 21. Simple.
The cards were dealt and Kalo began by drawing until he got exactly 21, he had thought that the first game would be his but the Twi'lek had been lucky in holding a good hand and played +2 to his 19, equaling his own. It was a draw.
The next game, the Twi'lek overplayed and Kalo won followed by the next. This was an interesting one, Kalo's hand was no good so he relied on the cards to win him the game, similarly the Twi'lek was also in the same situation. It came round to him and he currently had 16 whilst his opponent had 12, it seemed as if the Twi'lek had this one. He focused on the card, the force seeping through the card's top and an echo occured showing the future, if he were to pick it up he would lose. Therefore he stuck with 16 and allowed the Twi'lek to draw it instead. When he looked at the card and realised he had gone over he couldn't do anything but add to the total, he had lost. The crowd was speechless but the Twi'lek was furious.
You cheated! you used your powers to win, I want a rematch now!!
Kalo kept his calm.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Remember our deal, I want information[/shadow][/glow]
No forget it, Offworlder!!
The Twi'lek whipped a Mer Sonn blaster and aimed for his head, Kalo was as quick as lightning to kick the weapon out of his hand and catch the gun in mid air to stick him up. He aimed at the Twi'lek as did the crowd behind at him.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]You have two options, either you co-operate or we all die here and now, leaving a nice bloody mess for the droid to clear up, your choice.[/shadow][/glow]
The Twi'lek called off the crowd and Kalo lowered the weapon tossing it aside and nodding for him to sit back down.
Having sat down, the feeling in the air was very tense but it soon calmed down. Kalo then turned to the Twi'lek.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Now... I would like some answers[/shadow][/glow]

Yuthur nodded and moved around this unfamiliar place. Having grown up on Coruscant he had been used to that way of life. Now things were different, he'd seen so many new places in such a short amount of time. It had thrown him, he became overwhelmed again and again and again. His training had helped him, it had also made him worse. Now he could sense everything around him. At this early satge his powers were always increasing and leaving him confused. Just like when a child goes through the changes they require to become an adult.
But as Yuthur headed around the bar, looking for anyone that looked like they could know something. That's when he stopped, he felt something in the force a, presence, it felt familiar, but different. Looking to the door, Yuthur ran outside, dodging all of the people in the crowded bar. As he ran into the street, he stopped in the center and looked to his left and then his right. After a second, he ran to his left, sprinting as best he could.

Now that the Twi'lek had been calmed after the little commotion that had occured, Kalo began asking.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Firstly... I wish to know the current status here on Onderon[/shadow][/glow]
At first the Twi'lek was reluctant to answer but he came around eventually, sighing he leaned closer.
Recently the Queen has been acting abnormally, for some reason she has announced her abdication and the end of the sovereignty. Nobody knows why exactly she is doing this, Royals have ruled over Onderon for almost a millenia. Rumour has it there's third party involved... jedi. That's why people are uneasy about the sight of a jedi wandering around in local cantinas, looks like the rumours are true. People are scared and before long you'll have a bounty on your head and you'll find yourself dead.
Looks like whoever was currently behind this was spreading flase rumours about the jedi as not to attract the attention of the jedi, Intruiging.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]I'll need to gain access to the Royal Palace, can you help me?[/shadow][/glow]
The Twi'lek snorted.
Hah, there is no way you're going to be able to infiltrate the palace, that place is locked down so tightly you won't be able to even take a step towards the gates without being turned away by turret fire. However, If you serious then I have friend who could help you with that.
Kalo kept a straight face, his glare reflected his answer.
Very well, Master Jedi. But I must warn you, he will ask for a price, his services are very expensive but seeing the credits you rolled out, I doubt you will have any trouble affording it. Follow me.
The two arosed from their table and paced out of the Catina, relieved faces appearing as they exited.
-----------------------
The bar-onwer, a Corran by the name of Kerel peered out of his office above the bar itself, his alien eyes homing in on the Nautolan that was Kalo.
Ahhh, so the Jedi have revealed themselves, well they won't get away with such an insult. They will not remove the Queen who for so long has ignored my activities with Black Sun and the Exchange. The jedi will be the end of me and killing one of them will scare the rest.
Kerel turned to one of his guards, a Weequay clad in armour with an vibro-axe slung over his back.
Place a bounty of 10,000 credits on his head and any other jedi. I want him dead and his head put before me on a platter, how dare they?!
The Weequay bowed and left the room, leaving his boss, the guards and the servant droid alone in the office. The Bounty had been set and now Kalo was truly in danger.

Yuthur Sprinted down the streets of Iziz, weaving through the many civilians. MAny of them gave him strange looks but he shook them off as the followed the presence that he felt. He had to catch up with him, Yuthur had to know who he was.
As Yuthur turned the corner, an arm came around and hit him in the face knocking him to the ground...

Kalo followed behind the Twi'lek once again hiding his face under the cover of his hood. Amongst the darkness they crept trying hard as not to attract attention, the Twi'lek more than him. They turned into a small alleyway where steam rose from the undercity sewers, it was truly a revolting stench. The Twi'lek banged on the door that he had stopped at. Eventually a slide in the door opened and what seemed to be human peered out of it, indentifying the visitors.
Say the password
Ruby Wookie
The slide closed and the door was opened, the human on the otherside invited them in and quickly closed the door once they were in. He looked over to Kalo and turned to the Twi'lek.
What's up with the jedi, there's a huge bounty on their heads right now
Kalo wasn't suprised at all, he had expected some to react in that manner but it did concern him however. The fact that he was a wanted man and that the collect on his head was rather large, warned him that from here on in he should proceed with caution. The Twi'lek then spoke.
He needs your help. He needs access to the Royal Palace...
The human cackled just as the Twi'lek had, something told him that he wouldn't take this seriously unless he slipped him a very generous amount of credits.
Sorry... it's just that, you know this is suicide, right? yeh of course you know, you're a jedi. Ok, well my name's Eopel Lorde, follow me to my office, there we can talk buisness
Kalo nodded and followed Eopel and the Twi'lek.

As Yuthur awoke from his painful sleep he found that he was standing, or rather, being held against the wall, two beefy looking men were holding his arms against the wall, high above his head. Yuthur was still feeling confused, he had no idea of where he was. After a few more minutes he had re-collected himself and looked up as he felt blood trickle from his nose. There was a man standing smugly surrounded by four other men, in his hands he was throwing around Guidance gleefully. When the leader saw Yuthur was concious, he walked over and, placing his hand below Yuthur's chin, he lifted his head so that they could look into each other's eyes.
After a few minutes, the man turned around and laughed and began throwing Guidance around again.
This is an easy way to earn 10,000 credits. Who knew the jedi could be so easily captured.
Yuthur looked at the Thug leader in confusion. What was he on about? Why would there be a bounty on his head?
The Thug Leder turned and faced Yuthur again, still throwing Guidance from hand to hand.
You know, wouldn't it be ironic if the jedi was killed by the weapon he uses?
The man smiled as chuckles were heard from the other members of the group. However, Yuthur was now concentrating on one thing, his saber. He began to stare at it intensly as he began to mustur the force. The Thug Leader looked at Yuthur with a raised eyebrow.
What's the matter jedi, cat got your ton...
The sentence cut short as whilst the saber was in the air, the blade suddenly ignited, riping a hole in the Leader's chest and then fell to the floor. One of the thugs holding Yuthur slackened his grip as he looked away. Yuthur pulled his hand out of the Thugs grip and brought it across, hitting the other thug holding him on the head.
The two thugs backed away, giving Yuthur time to breath. Yuthur had never fought a six on one battle before, oh well, there was a first for everything. Yuthur, pushing himself off the wall, rolled towards his saber. He held it in his hand and as he stood up, he slashed across one of the 6ix thugs remaining, knocking him to the floor in pain.
Yuthur turned around and raised Guidance infront of him as two thugs lunged at him with vibroblades. Yuthur placed Guidance down to his right, and then brought it up, causing him to follow through with the attack. Yuthur then slashed back and knocked the thug to the ground. Yuthur then span around and smashed down the yelllow blade into the side of the next attacking opponent.
Another thug lunged straight at Yuthur, aiming for his stomach. Using the force, Yuthur used the time given to him, to avoid the attack. Placing his handds on the sides of the thugs arm, he quickly moved his hands across, breaking the thug's arm, Yuthur then pushed the man to the floor. Standing victoriously over another defeated opponent, Yuthur looked at the two last remaining thugs. After quickly glancing at each other, they sprinted away, in fear of their lives.
Yuthur deactivated his saber. And then sighed, he could no longer sense the presence he had before. So he would have to find his master. He could sense him faintly in the distance. With the bounty on his head it was going to be alot harder to find him. And so he set off in the shadows, in search of his master.

Eopel had led the two into a shabby, gloomy room filled with documents, holocrons and datapads. From first impression it seemed as if he was indeed a very busy man, although what kind of buisness he ran eluded Kalo though he guessed perhaps he was a smuggler of some sort. They were invited to be steated, Eopel took his own respective seat behind his untidy desk. In the dim light his face could only barely be seen, once Kalo's eyes had foucsed they began to talk.
Now if you're looking to get into the Royal palace you came to the right man. I have a friend who's a technician for the Palace's mainframe, he's also one of the best hackers I''ve ever seen but he has colleagues who would do anything to get rid of him. Now, if you're willing I can contact him and he could open you... say a 2 minute gap in which all security cameras and measures will be shut down. However, any longer the that and survelliance will start to suspect something, so it's either that or nothing. Plus you're gonna have to pay a nice amount for it seeing as this is an act of treason, allowing unauthorised personel into the Royal palace. If he was to be caught he would most likely lose his job, his citizenship and perhaps even his head if we're unlucky, it's gotta be worth it you know... So what do you say?
Kalo took a few seconds to mull things over, yes the stakes were high but the result of not taking those risks would be catastrophic, it was imperative that he put an end to sith operations on Onderon.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Very well, contact him and ask his price[/shadow][/glow]
Eopel nodded and indicated for them to follow him into his communications room. The room unlike that of the office was much brighter and cleaner, obviously he put alot more in effort into preserving his computers then his own office. Eopel began accessing his files and eventually brought up the data required. After a few seconds a link was set and now they just had to wait for a reply to appear.

Suddenly a reply echoed through the chamber and an image of a Dug facing downwards appeared on the screen, more noticably he had a eye patch over one eye which told Kalo that he'd been through rough times in the past therefore it might be harder to convince him into helping. Whilst he was looking down he spoke, the sound of fast typing could be heard on his computer terminal.
Ulur Keb here, what is it?
A grin spread across Eopel's face.
It's Eopel here, I think you need to be more discreet and pay more attention, Ulur.
The Dug's face rose to recognise that of Eopel's, his expression changed immediately.
You disrespectul slimeball! after our last ecounter which may I remind you almost ended up with us both being incernerated, I told you not to contact me ever again. So why for the stars' sake are you talking to me!
Eopel stood back, folding his arms across his chest and sighing heavily until Ulur had quite finished. When he had of course, he replied.
Look you, piece of bantha fodder, calm you behind down and listen!
The Dug was now fuming.
No way, you human scum! I don't ever want to see you again!
Before Eopel could return with his own verbal assault, Kalo stepped in, an aura of calm and peace flowing through the force.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]My name is Kalo Darken, I am a Jedi master of the Order. I require your aid in my mission, otherwise I fear Onderon will fall to the sith[/shadow] [/glow]
The Dug was curious as to why a jedi master would be found on Onderon, especially since there was still much hate floating about. He listened to what he had to say and all the while raised an eyebrow.
I am suprised by your appearance here on Onderon, master jedi. But why may I ask do you need my help of all people?
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]The force has led me to you, I sense that only you can accomplish this. Don't worry about your payement, it is already taken care of. All I need you to do is to knock of the security measures at this time, for this long[/shadow][/glow]
Kalo inserted a datachip into the computer panel, transferring all the information to Ulur.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Just name your price...[/shadow][/glow]
The Dug peered at the data that had just been sent, he stroked his chin, mulling over the consequences of his future actions. Suddenly he spoke.
I need time... I shall contact you later
The link all of a sudden closed and the three were left standing on the edge of the Dug's words. Kalo turned to the others.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Worry not, he is a good person even though he thrives on money. He will reply, all we have to do is wait[/shadow][/glow]

Yuthur kept low, staying in the shadows of the many back allys. He was trying to keep out of site from anyone who was looking for that bounty that was on his head. Using the force, Yuthur allowed it to take him to his master, it told him when to move and where to move to. After half an hour of carefully sprinting and hiding. Yuthur was crouched across the road from building that his master was in. he knocked on the door a few times. After a few minutes a man opened a slit in the door and looked through. He looked at the man and raised an eyebrow.
Yes?
I'm looking for my Master, I sense that he's in this building.
The man's eyebrows widened slightly and after a few minutes resuming their normal position. He looked behind him for a moment and spoke to another man.
I... I don't know what you're talking about.
I mean no harm, I am just a padawan please take me t my Master, before some tries to collect the bounty that's on my head.
The man peered slightly down the street before sighing.
Just wait there for a minute.

The other man barged upstairs into Eopel's office.

A ripple through the force alerted Kalo of Yuthur's closing presence, at first he ignored it and awaited the guard at the door to come and request confirmation from Eopel. However, before Eopel had the chance to do so, he interupted.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]He is truly my padawan, let him in[/shadow][/glow]
The guard looked to Eopel, he nodded at him as to verify Kalo's orders. The guard dashed back downstairs to permit entry to the padawan. Kalo sat back down in the corner and continued to meditate.

The guards went back to the entrance and whispered into the doorman's ear. Who then unbolted the door and opened it for Yuthur who was then led up to Eopel's office. When Yuthur entered he bowed to Eopel, then turning to his master, Kalo he again bowed and inquired.
Master, what's going on? I went in search of a presence onl to be attacked by thugs who said something about a bounty.

Kalo was glad to see that his padawan was alright, although he had been worried ever since he had left the cantina therefore he would later educate him to take precaution before dashing into action. As for the bounty, it seemed as if he had been caught at the wrong time in the wrong place and for that he could not be blamed. On the other hand the presence that he had sensed had probably been revealed on purpose in order to lead Yuthur into the open, a clever trap indeed, most likely intiated by the sith themselves.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]We are currently in the hospitality of Eopel, a man of many connections who has so far been able to contact a valuable resource, one who will allow me and you entry to the Royal palace. As for the attack that you experienced, it was because of our appearance in the cantina, obviously a crime lord felt very upset that we were sticking our noses into buisness he didn't want us to. From now on, we will need to be discreet until the day that we are granted access to the Royal palace, if that ever happens. I am still waiting for a reply from Eopel's man, hopefully he will agree if not then we will find ourselves in a very difficult position[/shadow][/glow]
As soon as Kalo had finished talking the screen lit up once again, projecting the image of the Dug technician. Kalo stood up and waited for his reply.
Very well, I shall help for a total of 10,000 republic credits. However, considering the bounty that is currently set on both your heads, I suggest we wait a couple of days until you strike. Hopefully by then most hunters would have given up, at least all the weak ones. So what is it gonna be?
Regardless of the huge sum desired, Kalo took no time replying.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Very well, you shall have your 10,000 credits. I agree, we shall intiate our plan in two days at this time... 14h00. Is that suitable?[/shadow][/glow]
Yes that should suffice. Now let us not contact each other until the day of action. Goodbye for now
Kalo said his farewells by simply nodding before his image disappeared. Before he could say anything, Eopel stepped in.
Don't worry, you two can both stay here until you take action. After that you're on your own, I can't afford to have enemies of the state lodging at my home, sorry.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Thank you, your offer is most generous. Worry not, we will be able to take care of ourselves after we infiltrate the Palace.[/shadow][/glow]
Eopel nodded in agreement and led them to their rooms where they would be staying for the next few days.

The time had come, two days later for the jedi to make their move on the palace. They had been discreet for the last two days and had hardly left their roooms except for when they had to stretch their legs slightly and excercise in the odd conversation or two. Luckily Kalo had spent a couple of hours each day, discipling Yuthur and teaching him new sabre techniques which would come in handy especially against other force users. The form was called Makashi, it was fond amongst jedi for being an effective technique against other lightsaber users. They had also meditated together and delved into the deep thick roots of the force where al the wisdom in the world was accesable.
Iziz seemed to have calmed down after their abrupt arrival on Onderon so much so that most bounty hunters had simply given up looking for them or believed it to be too dangerous. So now they could roam the streets freely but they would always have to be cautious for there where those who would do anything to get rich.
Kalo thanked Eopel for his help and said his farewells. Once outside his home, Kalo led on, heading straight for the main bridge leading to the Palace. He indicated to Yuthur to follow him and keep by his side.
When they had finally reached the bridge, Kalo looked to his arm band where the time as well as other devices were implanted, they had just got there in time. Suddenly the shields blocking their entry faded and the security cameras went offline. Kalo nodded to Yuthur and with the aid of the force he increased his speed, dashing to Palace gates as fast as he could. When he reached the gate, he immediately slid up against the wall as the cameras became functional once more, he turned to Yuthur.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]You ready?[/shadow][/glow]

Kalo sped up to the still deactivated doors and slipped in within the last seconds as the cameras came back online. "Okay.. so far so good, but the sith will be able to trace my presence" he thought. He turned to Yuthur and with a concentrated look, he sent a message through the force.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Remember the Quy'tek technique that I taught you, cover your presence with the force and the sith will not be able to locate you, now come.[/shadow][/glow]
With cloaks laid upon them and the force as their guide, they navigated their way through the grand halls of the royal palace. Kalo stopped... something was preventing their progress. He reached out with the force and sensed lasertrip mines hugging the wall behind the pillars. Through the force he negated their circuits and made quick work of them, deactivating the lasers. With them out of the way, he and Yuthur carried on.
They had traveresed through the palace for about ten minutes until they confronted the royal chamer doors where no doubt the throne room was situated along with the Queen herself. He approached it but suddenly an anti-force shield covered the door, it seemed as if the shield reflected his powers therefore he used his blade but it too was slapped away. A control panel beside the door uplighted, it's system now functiong along with a screen in the middle and for a very good reason. A cloaked figure appeared, his voice sinister and corse.
[glow=red,2,300]You shall not enter so easily, Jedi. Farewell...[/glow]
Kalo sensed the sith's thoughts, the console was about to explode. The force picked up his feet as he turned and dashed round the corner as it blew into tiny fragments. Kalo turned to his padawan.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Obviously he didn't realise me slicing into it before it was destroyed and look at the prize I've been awarded with[/shadow][/glow]
Kalo presented a small chip, containing the full map layout of the palace. He inserted it into his commlink and the map appeared. Kalo observed the layout for a couple of seconds before concluding.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]There are two main overide consoles that we both have to use at the same time in order to gain access to the throne room. I suggest you take the west control room, that way. I'll take the east control room, keep in contact by comm and when your ready we'll co-ordinate together, then we'll meet back here. May the force be with you, padawan[/shadow][/glow]
Kalo nodded and dashed off in the opposite direction of his padawan. He allowed the force to flow through him and spiritually control his movements, finally he reached the room he was looking for. He sensed evil sentients on the other side of the door, no doubt they were guarding the console which they had figured would be the only way for him to overide the door. He drew closer but was denied access as a battle droid lunged down, it's arms were that of turrets. Kalo withdrew his blade and with one quick slash he severed both arms, then he thrust his hand foward and channeled a force push through his palm but it was rejected as the droid read his movements and activated it's anti-force shields but these actually cut of his powers completely, all of a sudden he felt sick, normal as some would say. He couldn't understand what was happening but that thought was quickly dashed away as the droid booted him in the chest, sending him flying into a wall. Regardless of the fact that it was top heay especially from the waist up it was extremely agile with it's legs. There was no way he could simply attack it, he would have to confuse it and make an assault from behind. Kalo reached inside the pouch of his utility belt and slung a smoke grenade in front of it's feet. Kalo was capable of breathing in anything and not chocking for he had gils that allowed him to do this. As the smoke rose, Kalo sprinted behind the droid who's sensors were blurred and leaped onto his back driving his blade through the top of the shield. Using his athletic muscles he held it there against the opposite force, gritting his teeth, he ignored the pain that was being caused by the force field. Shocks jolted around his skeleton, though thanks to his harsh training in the jedi arts he was capable of enduring such pain. The blade had almost driven straight through but the droid simply amplified the shield's strenght and a massive storm of electricty zapped him off it's back, once again casting him into the wall. His robes were now smoking and parts of his skin were burnt minorly, he struggled to regain consciousness, the impact from the wall and shock had been an overwhelming combo. Nevetheless he stood back up breathing heavily but the droid's leg grasped him by the neck and slammed him through the door. He flew straight through the door and into what seemed to be a console panel with data hovering over it. He clambered up again and sidestepped the droid's kick which annihilated the console.
The droid let out a flurry of kicks which Kalo eluded barely, it was truly harder to predict it's moves without the force but Kalo was a warrior and even though the force was his greatest ally, sometimes came the time to use one's physical and mental strength to end up on top. After the droid had finished lashing out, it charged up it's laser eyes and beamed at him. Kalo's blade zoomed horizontally in front of his face, blocking the lasers. The lightsaber was currently consuming the lasers but angled in the right direction, he could reflect them. So he did and the lasers bounced back at it, the shield's were hit full on and due to the intensity of the lasers the shield began to weaken. Kalo persevered and kept on until the shield disintegrated along with it's anti-force capabilities. Kalo rose, glaring at the droid. All of a sudden Kalo lunged into the air spinning and slamming down hard on it's metallic face with the heel of his boot. The droid stumbled backwards but Kalo kept on. With one agile slice he rendered the droid's movement asunder, it was now incapable of fighting back for it was lying on the ground. Kalo span his blade around in his hand and brought it down, stabbing the droid in the chest. It's lights faded, it has been exterminated. However, Kalo was curious as to how it had recovered such a complex weapon which could deny him his force abilities, if mass produced it could prove a threat to many jedi. He severed the head and summoned it to his hand through the force. Luckily there was a hydro-drill on the desk, obviously the owner had left in a hurry or had been killed, either way his equipment had come in handy. Opening the head, he removed the deeper most layer and retrieved the hardrive containing all of the droid's memory and programs. This way he could study it when he got back to the jedi temple. The council would have to be alerted.
Now that the droid had been disposed off, there only left one thing to do before he could confront the leader of the sith here. Approaching the door, he inserted his blade into it's center and began to slice a hole in the wall. The guards on the other side were equipped with vibro-blades, blasters, grenades and not only that but they had two sith at the ready. Once the door had been open, Kalo force pushed the door chunk into the room, slamming into guards or at least the non-force sensitives. Kalo stepped into the room, the two sith were confidently leaning against the walls. Overconfidence clouded their judgement, they had obviously underestimated him. Kalo entered his stance with his blade glowing by his side.

All of a sudden the two of them ignited their demonic blades but instead of attacking with their melee weapons they summoned upon the dark side and cast electric showers towards Kalo. He too summoned upon the pure essence of the force and with one hand he stopped the two bolts of fierce blue lightning from burning him into a crisp. With his right hand he withdrew his blade and reinforced the other further pushing the electric assualt back to it's origins. All of a sudden the two sith increased the power of their attacks, Kalo did the same and the intensity that surrounded the combatants was neutralised by the opposing forces and the result was an overwhelming explosion knocking Kalo and the sith into the walls. The sith were quick to react and pounced onto their prey by jumping off the nearby console panel and slamming their blades into Kalo's location. However, Kalo was already up and had backflipped out of imminant danger, therefore the sith hit nothing but fried controls. Kalo stepped back and blocked the first strike to his lower leg followed by slapping away the attack for his head, he then returned the favour by striking for the sith on his left. The sith blocked and held his blade there whilst the other sith saw this as an opportunity to finish Kalo but he was wrong. Suddenly he was flying through the air and slammed into wall once again, Kalo now gripped his blade with two hands and angled his blade for an uppercut. The sith blocked it and slashed for Kalo's head, he ducked and whilst bent down he eluded the next attack by lunging over the sith's head. Kalo then intiated a flurry of attacks, one to the head, then to the sith's right then to his lower left. The sith parried every hit barely and was obviously tiring, Kalo then spun on his heel and slashed for his head, the sith blocked, pushed the blade aside and lashed out for Kalo's chest with a straight stab. He hopped backwards with sheer precision before cartwheeling backwards to gain more distance followed by hurling his blade into the approaching sith who had just recovered from being knocked against a wall. The blade had been cast at such speed that the sith was helpless to react. The blade pierced the sith in the chest and he dropped dead instantly, blood trickling out of his masked mouth. The other sith was enraged and mustered the remainder of strength to create a deadly assualt course for Kalo to elude unequipped. He ducked, sidestepped, jumped and rolled out of the blade's venomous range. The sith let out one last attack for his head, slicing vertically down. Kalo sidestepped the overpowered swing of hate then leaped on the opportunity to kick the sith in the gut lowering his body so that Kalo could send him flying through the data screen with one kick to the chest. Kalo crushed the sith's lightsaber through the force, it was over. The sith had been neutralised even though he was merely unconcious, he now knew the importance of defeat and in his current conditon without the help of his dark brother he wouldn't attempt to attack. Kalo withdrew Trident from the sith's chest and closed his dead eyes.
Now he could finally focus on reaching the Queen. He moved over to the main console and through his comm link contacted Yuthur to find out how he was progressing.

Yuthur managed to follow his master through past all of the security cameras. He concentrated on making sure his presence wasn't detectable. When they came upon the cloaked figure, Yuthur felt it again. The familiar presence. Who was this man. His voice was slightly familiar Yuthur couldn't think who it was. The man disappeared from the screen before he could find out anything. He dived for cover as the console exploded, just avoiding the tiny sharps that would've easily ripped through his flesh.
Yuthur stood up and brushed himself off before observing the map that Kalo had aquired. Master Kalo gave him a quick mission briefing and Yuthur made a mental image of the palace layout.
And may the force be with you, Master.
Yuthur bowed and then ran off towards the western control room. He neared the are it was in, keeping himself cloaked, Yuthur hid and began using the force to feel if their were any enemies in the next few rooms. surprisingly he couldn't detect any presences in the control room, just the halls around it. Yuthur moved out, he would have to try and take down the sith as stealthily as possible. And so he hid. There was enough room to support himself on the roof. Using his mind he pushed over one of the many crates, causing a loud crash. Two sith came running, crimson red blades drawn. After they crept through around the crates for a bit and didn't find anything, they turned back and called out.
There's nothing here, must've been the wind or something.
This was their fatal mistake and Yuthur took his chance. He jumped down and landed silently behind the two sith, he was crouched on the floor. In an instance he grabbed his saber, activated it and jumped in the air, slicing, and dicing, the sith until their bodies fell to the floor, lifeless. This sudden sound, however, had alerted the guards to Yuthur's presence and five sith now ran towards him. Yuthur thought that his life would end now, he had never faced a sith before, and now he had to face five.....

As the five closed in on him, Yuthur reached out with the force. He sensed the movement of everything around him and more specifically, the movement of the sith. Somehow, Yuthur could sense the sith's movements and for some reason they were all too predictable. These couldn't be fully trained sith. Yuthur was relieved, these must be trainees, a sense of calm washed over Yuthur and it allowed him to focus more. It was still going to be a hard fight. Two of the sith luged at him, Yuthur took a step back and parried both strikes, sending them both away from him, another jumped in the air and came falling down, aiming for his chest. Yuthur siftly brought his saber up, kocking the attaker's blade high and leaving his body open for a counter attack. Yuthur then swung his saber around a caught the sith square onthe chest, cutting him cleanly in half. The two that had had to strike now saw their opportunity to avenge their fallen comrade. They charged forward, thrusting the sabers countless times. Yuthur held Guidance in his right hand and, moving backwards, he span his saber, contiuously blocking the sith's attacks. Then he felt thewall be hind him. He jumped, and kicked off from the wall, taking the sith by surprise, Yuthur wasted no time in removing their heads. He landed and the first pair of siths returned, more angry than before. One moved in and swept his saber across to try and catch Yuthur in the torso. Yuthur blocked and then delivered a deadly kick to the enemy's temple. The body went flying into the wall before it crumpled on the floor.
Yuthur stood up and, not sensing any more enemies, he deactivated his saber. He walked up to the entrance to the control room and opened the door, he was taken back when a sith stood tall with a saber in his hand. Yuthur understood that this man must have known of his approach and had also used the Quy'tek technique. Yuthur reached for Guidance and held it firmly in his hand as he brought it in front of his body and ignited it. The Sith ignited his saber and as Yuthur was about to attack he heard another saber ignite. That was when he noticed the sith held a double bladed saber. This mission now seemed to Yuthur like a suicidal mission.
The sith grined and moved in for the attack, he used the number of blades to his advantage. The sith was laying into Yuthur, not giving him a chance to strike back. Yuthur was concentrating with the force, using it’s will to know where to block. Left, right, left, up, left, right, down. Yuthur was outmatched, and was becomeing more tired every minute. The sith noticed this and seeing how his plan was beginning to work, he became cockier. Using advance combinations, acting like it was merely practice. Yuthur now began searching, searching for his opportunity to win. After jumping up and avoiding a low sweep, Yuthur landed to the ground and witnessed the sith jump into the air, spinning as he gathered momentum for a downward attack. Yuthur saw his opportunity, he raised his hand and, summoning the force, released a powerful force push, sending the sith flying into the wall. He fell onto his hands and knees, he looked up at Yuthur as blood trickled down the back of his head where he had hit it. His face was full of anger and hatred. Relying only on his own strength he sprinted, straight at Yuthur, anger clouded his vision as he swung desperately. He closed his eyes, summoning all of his strength. As he opened his eyes Yuthur was nowhere to be seen. The pain was all that washed over the sith as through his chest burst a yellow saber, Guidance. It was the last thing the sith saw. Yuthur slid the corpse off his saber and he deactivated it. He was surprised at his speed and skill. One moment he was looking at the oncoming attack and then next he was in the air, flipping over the sith not making a sound and when he landed not even the smallest sound was emitted.
Sighing, Yuthur walked over to the console as his communicator went off. ‘Good timing’, he thought to himself. He was relieved as he heard his master’s voice on the other end.
The situation is under control master, just awaiting your orders.

Suddenly Yuthur's voice crackled over the commlink replying to his call, it seemed as if he had been successful in reaching his destination.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Very well, this will only take a moment. I need to slice into this console and grant you access to override the door shields[/shadow][/glow]
Kalo began tampering with the console, breaking through various firewalls until he had reached the mainframe with his basic hacking abilities. He scoured through the files until he found the override program, unfortunately he could not control it himself, he would have to give authority to Yuthur. He began sending the files and soon enough the shields had dropped and Kalo was already dashing down the hallways. He broadcasted to Yuthur as he sped towards his destination.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]I'm on my way, meet me at the doors[/shadow][/glow]
Once together again, they moved into the anti-chamber which preceeded the throne room itself. The two of them dashed up the stairs and across the grand hall to the throne, there no one sat and the grand hall too was deserted. All of a sudden Kalo sensed something and ignited his blade, they had walked into a trap. The dark figure who had spoken over the console appeared from behind the empyt throne, Kalo held his blade threatining not to draw closer.
[glow=Green,2,300][shadow=black,left,300]Where is the Queen?[/shadow][/glow]
The dark figure inclined his head towards the looming figure of the Queen or what looked like her. Her head was tilted, her face alterted and gray with blood red eyes, this was not her. For there was a strong natural darkside flow of essence eminating from her. The fake Queen ignited her weapon it was that of a double bladed ligthsaber, it's red tongues licking at the breeze no doubt she was skilled with them. Kalo entered his stance, since this wasn't the Queen he would have to dispose of her. Obviously this was the one who had recently been altering Onderon's path. They would have to put an end to it.
***Move Kalo and Yuthur to Royal palace***
