((Cy, this is your que))
Daawn walked into the western temple...her home temple...the wind temple.
Sighing slightly, she walked down the hall toward the rooms were the speeders and Rosh were kept. She wasn't sure why, but something had drawn her here....a place she would not normally want to visit while at this temple....or any temple for that fact.
Looking around, she adjusted her green dress, and the travel robe she had over it. Why had she ever felt the need to come here?

(Very good!)
In the distance, a Rosh and it's rider approached the western temple at a fairly easy pace. This was mostly because the rider did not feel any rush in bringing his findings on Rilia's smaller governing bodies to the Western Temple. In fact, the rider rarely felt any rush in his work. The life of a researcher and archivist wasn't one of hurry or stress.
As the rider stopped his rosh and dismounted, taking his wide array of notes out of a pack on the noble beast's back, he looked upwards at the Temple. Even after two years, it still felt like the first time he had ever seen it, though that was certainly the way with the temples of Rilia.
The rider placed the pack over his shoulder and proceeded to lead the rosh into the apporpriate chambers. And even though he had not been here in years, he still knew where the room was. He had, after all, memorized the temple's design. Once he reached this room, he led the rosh into an open stable and closed the door. He turned around and stepped out the door and into the hallway, stopping very short of the figure of Daawn, quickly taking a step back and bowing his head, partially out of respect, and partially to hide a slight blush.
[glow=green,2,300]"Oh, My, uh.. sorry about that...."[/glow]
A pause.
[glow=green,2,300]"Oh, pardon me... I am Thessyl Llarenns... A pleasure to meet you."[/glow]

Daawn, startled, took a step back and chuckled.
[glow=green,2,300]Oh! don't worry about it! I don't really know why I'm hanging around here anyway...[/glow]
She said with a small laugh.
[glow=green,2,300]I'm Daawn Firians. A pleasure to meet you Thessyl. I'm sorry if I managed to be in your way.[/glow]
Daawn pushed a few strands of hair behind her once more, and smiled, her green eyes reflecting her happiness.

Thessyl nodded, forcing a smile. He had managed to go two years without incurring such social interactions, and no sooner did he return was he thrust into another. This, as he made somewhat obvious by his mannerisms, was not his forte. He quickly tried to think of something to say, and managed to make a connection.
[glow=green,2,300]"D-did you say... Firians? As in the Contess?"[/glow]

((erg...as it turns out I have an hour...stupid clock on the stupid computer....grr.))
She nodded and smiled, though this time it did not reach her eyes.
[glow=green,2,300]Yes...she's my mother.[/glow]
Daawn replied simply. She didn't like being connected to her mother sometimes....it made things...daunting, to say the least. She was always forced to live up to great expectations...sometimes it seemd impossible.

If not for Daawn's presence, Thessyl would have kicked himself in the head. He was no master of social graces, but he was certainly able to tell when he had upset somebody.
[glow=green,2,300]"That is... interesting."[/glow]
Another awkward pause
[glow=green,2,300]"Soo... what brings you here, again?"[/glow]
He asked, already knowing the answer, but wanting to change the subject very dearly.

Daawn chuckled and shook her head.
[glow=green,2,300]There's no need to walk on egg shells around me....please. I may not always like the fact that I'm related to her, but it is an honor I am happy to have none the less.[/glow]
She said, trying to put him more at ease.
[glow=green,2,300]Why I'm HERE...I don't know....why I'm at the temple....well, just to come home for a little while I suppose.[/glow]
She said with a slight shrug of her shoulders.
[glow=green,2,300]I don't think you're new to this temple...but incase you are, can I take you anywhere specific?[/glow]

Thessyl nodded.
[glow=green,2,300]"Well, you're right, I am not new to this place, though I have not been here in a long time. I have no specific place to go, so long as I can bring these documents to your moth-"[/glow]
He quickly stopped himself.
[glow=green,2,300]"uh... the Contesses' archives. If you know where they are, I would be quite grateful. I am already a day late in arriving here."[/glow]

Daawn laughed at the fact that he stopped himself mid-word, and gazed at him steadily for a moment.
[glow=green,2,300]It's alright, I wont be offended if you call her my mother, or even if you call her Illorn Firians....she is all three things, Contess, mother and Illorn...so all of them are true.[/glow]
She said with another chuckle, and started walking, her green dress sweeping around her feet as she walked.
[glow=green,2,300]The archives here might not be the best place for those however....which...might I ask what 'they' are?[/glow]

As Daawn bgan walking, Thessyl found himself, for a moment, unable to move, instead watching her leave, before realizing that she meant to lead him elsewhere, whereupon he clumsily hurried forward to meet her.
"These are my notes on the various smaller communities and governing bodies that span our world outside of our own..."
He said, suddenly sounding a bit more professional and somewhat more sure of himself.
[glow=green,2,300]"I... am not certain where they belong, to be honest. My superiors simply told me to bring them to the Contesses' Archives..."[/glow]

Daawn stopped short and turned in a whirl of fabric, a brilliant smile on her face, her eyes dancing.
[glow=green,2,300]Well you're in the wrong place then! We need to go back to Ithil Palace! I think Sulnar can stand another run, and I think that rosh of yours can as well....he didn't look to tired....um...assuming it is a he and not a she.[/glow]
Daawn added with another smile and trotted back the way they came. As she entered the stables Sulnar stuck her head out and whinnied, tossing her head.
[glow=white,2,300]Where now? Back again? Already?[/glow]
Sulnar said into their minds....which was very odd for any rosh to do to anyone beside their own rider.

As Daawn turned around, Thessyl found himself taken aback. So aback, in fact, that he nearly backed into the wall of the hallway. He found himself following her again to the room he had just left. He stepped inside, listening to her Rosh, before hearing his own Rosh, who was normally to lazy for such efforts as communication, speak.
[glow=beige,2,300]Can't I take a break?[/glow]
Thessyl ignored his Rosh, Dralnay, and instead led him outside and along with Daawn, with whom he was, however unbeknownst to even him, becoming succeedingly fascinated with..
[glow=green,2,300]"Yes, he is... a he... To Ithil Palace, then?"[/glow]

Daawn lept up onto Sulnar and nodded, the wind playing through her hair in her happiness...though the wind was only around her at the moment. She couldn't help it and times like this....she was happy to be riding again, and her elemental magic just...sort of...slipped.
[glow=green,2,300]That's right! Away and north....have you ever been there?[/glow]
She asked, beginning to grow fond of this...somewhat clumsy, and rather introverted, man. He was a change...sort of. Her brother was similar, but...he was far more brooding...this man, Thessyl, was just, well...shy.

Thessyl hopped onto Dralnay. He fell off. Then he climbed on a second time and managed to stay on. Riding wasw never his strong point. He turned to his new acquaintance.
[glow=green,2,300]"To the North, then. I look forward to seeing Ithil, I have never been there before..."[/glow]

She chuckled, seeing that perhaps he wasn't the best rider...she would fix THAT soon enough.....hopefully anyway.
[glow=green,2,300]I'll take it slowly.....so as not to tire the rosh.[/glow]
She added with a smile and a short nod, and spurred Sulnar foreward into a slow trot, even when she tossed her head to be gone she only allowed her to go galloping a few yards, then coming back and galloping around Thessyl and Dralnay, laughing happily as she trotted around them, Sulnar bucking happily and nipping at Dralnay as she passed.
[glow=green,2,300]Its beautiful there....really. There's a library so high you have to have a ladder to get to the top!.....and the Gardens!! Oh the gardens are wonderful! full of plants from other planets! Kashyyk, Bespin, Naboo....oh so many places![/glow]

Eventually, Thessyl managed to get Dralnay to move, the stubborn beast. Though, the term "move" could have been deabatable, as the speed at which Dralnay moved was perhaps too slow to actually be considered moving. Needless to say, Dralnay woud have much more preferred being inside the temple than outside carrying his rider again. In fact, some of the most impressive movements the Rosh made were attempts at lazily shrugging off the Rilan.
Thessyl nodded as he repositioned himself yet again. [glow=green,2,300] "Wonderful... Well, I'm all set, let's go, then?"[/glow]

Daawn chuckled and started at a gentle walk once more.
[glow=green,2,300]Well, I think Dralnay is being a bit of a lame mule at the moment....infact, I think you might have better luck with a mule...[/glow]
She teased, hoping to rile Dralnay up enough to stop complaining about being ridden.

As the fou of them rode at the slow pace set by Dralnay, Thessyl spoke over the Rosh's complaints.
[glow=green,2,300]"Well, yes, but I doubt we're going to get him to do anything he doesn't want to.."[/glow]
[glow=beige,2,300]Seriously, could we take a break?[/glow]
[glow=green,2,300]"You see, he's pretty stubborn..."[/glow]
[glow=beige,2,300]Look, there's a tree. Nice shade there. We could take a nap.[/glow]
[glow=green,2,300]"Suppose that's how he should behave. He's never had to do any serious running since... well... ever.."[/glow] [glow=beige,2,300]You three are no fun at all...[/glow]

Daawn laughed and stopped Sulnar, speaking to her quietly in their minds for a moment.
[glow=green,2,300]I've an Idea...get off.[/glow]
She said, swinging off of Sulnar's back and landing with a soft thump on the ground.

Dralnay was more than happy to stop and allow his rider to climb off, the Rosh proceeding to lie down and take a nap. Thessyl stepped away and smiled, motioning to his Rosh.
[glow=green,2,300]"Go ahead. I trust you."[/glow]
