Kalo stepped back to see Moroku's blade pierce through the wretched black heart of the dark one, the titanium screen melted away right in front of him. Kalo deactivated Tidal and moved foward, the dark warrior now lay in a puddle of blood that leaked from his heart and mouth. The sight was disgusting, they had revived a skillful but evil warrior thanks to Urjugg's deep pockets and drugs that he had inplanted within Karth's body in order to get his heart pumping again. Kalo peered down at the bloodied face and closed the dead zabrack's eyes, he didn't deserve to be used this way even if he was a sith. Kalo stood up and headed towards Urjugg's personnal ship. A look of horror struck Urjugg in the face, he was astonished, he couldn't let the jedi get away so he started calling to his guards once that failed Urjugg threatened Kalo himself. Kalo glared at him through his unblinking eyes and continued along his path to the ship. Once inside he went to the communcations room and sat in the chair where he began searching for a clone trooper's squad frequency. Finally he got one and ordered them to come right away he then left the ship and only to find Urjugg surrounded by a squad of clone troopers. Kalo stopped and spoke.
[glow=Green,2,300]In the name of the galactic senate of the Republic we are placing you under arrest.[/glow]
He indicated to one of the troopers to cuff the crime lord's fat hands, They then led him to their ship ready for the journey back to Coruscant where Urjugg's trial would be carried out. Kalo turned to Moroku.
[glow=Green,2,300]Let's get out here. Dix's team has got to be near by, he's most likey waiting with the other troopers, they've probably got a LAAT waiting.[/glow]

Moroku looked at the smoldering remains of the dark warrior. Another reason Moroku pitied these 'creatures'. They sold their souls and all they got in return was an unwelcome end. He died in hatred and suffering. The least the Jedi could do was offer him a peaceful end, which Kalo displayed by closing his still burning eyes. Moroku bowed at the fallen warrior in respect for his skills and in the hopes that he has found his place in the Force at last, that his suffering has ended. That being done, Moroku turned his attention to the hutt, letting Kalo handle the hard work. After all, the two seemed to have gone some time back now. Kalo had been stuck here for long enough to know Urjugg well by now, Moroku thought with a smile.
With the hutt finally under arrest, Moroku and Kalo could finally pay full attention to their leave. Moroku had to admit that this rescue had proven to be far more difficult than he'd expected. What was originally supposed to be a rescue mission turned into a full-out battle against Urjugg's forces and a Sith Lord. The Jedi was happy that everything had come to a happy ending, and he was smiling when Kalo referred to Dix.
[shadow=green,left,000]You are right. But, while we don't know where he is, they know where we are, and we can let them pick us up.[/shadow] Moroku pulled out his comlink from his utility belt and pressed the transmission button as he held the device close to his mouth. Static filled the vocal receptors for a few seconds as if it were raining on the other end of the transceiver, but it soon cleared, allowing Moroku to speak.
[shadow=green,left,000]Lieutenant Dix, we are at the main hangar at the site of Urjugg the Hutt's arrest. A pick-up would be appreciated. Master Kalo Darken is here with me. Over.[/shadow]

OOC: The stupid thing is, I had this amazing post written up, and then a virus decided to make it impossible for me to connect to the internet from my computer, hence you have missed out on it, and now I must write a post that works with what you've written since I wrote that amazing post but what unable to post it:
Dix and his team had just finished assaulting one of Urjugg's roving groups of thugs, Dix viciously extracting the location of General Darken from the leader of the group just as the General announced his location over the secured comlink.
Dix stood up over the corpse, wiping the blood from his helmet's viewplate.
[glow=green,2,300]General. Good to hear from you. Though if you'd let me know a bit sooner, I wouldn't have gotten so much blood on my armour. The tech's always complain about getting it out of the cracks. We're a bit underground right now, and are LAAT's are under attack from Urjugg's forces. We'll fight our way too you - we aren't far - and we'll be exfiltrated together.[/glow]
The rest of the Roughnecks had heard the conversation as well, and they moved as one.
Though the Hutt itself was under arrest, the rest of Urjugg's lackeys didn't seem to know it yet. The five elite commandos fought a running battle while homing in on General Darken's locator beacon.
Finally, the squad was only one level above the two Jedi. With a well placed demolitions charge, Lance Corporal Zerk was able to blow a hole in a ventilation duct, through which the squad went through in a low crouch. A few moments later they were standing directly over the Jedi Generals, and were able to see them through the exhaust grates in the pipe.
A few well placed shots from their decees and with attached rapelling lines, made the grates fall away as the five commandos seemingly dropped out of the sky over the people below.
As the elite soliders of the Republic landed, they fanned out, making sure the area was secure.
Dix walked over to the two Jedi, removing his helmet.
[glow=green,2,300]Mind if I drop in, Generals?[/glow]
He asked, a grin on the face of Jango Fett.
[glow=green,2,300]It's good to see you alive, General Darken. Though I'm a little sad to say we didn't see as much action as I may have liked.[/glow]
Dix absent-mindedly wipes at the dark blood marring the grey-and-green of his armour, while wating for the Generals' replies.

Soon enough, the cavalry had arrived. Soldiers dropped like spiders from the sky with their ropes for support while LAAT gunships fired at their enemies. Moroku was sure they would soon realize their leader had been captured. Thugs were always the same. Without their leader, they did nothing. It was only a matter of time before Urjugg's people would simply give up. Besides, with the clones, this battle was as good as finished. These criminals, which could also be referred to as punks, had no combat experience and they were dealing with the greatest living army ever to exist. These were professionals. One clone could take out ten of these thugs effortlessly.
The Jedi watched as Lieutenant Dix dropped just like all of his soldiers to greet them, revealing his face as he unmasked himself. Moroku had heard many tales of the infamous Jango Fett. Mace Windu spoke of him in his journals too. He had been the one to kill Jango. He wondered if the clones knew this as well, or if they were told a different account of his death. His thoughts soon evaporated like water in a desert as Dix spoke to the Jedi, mainly to Kalo but open to Moroku's comments, a smirk on his face to show that he truly was happy to see them. Moroku could not have felt any differently at the sight of this soldier. He was their path to escape. Moroku replied to the soldier's greeting.
[shadow=green,left,000]Thank you, Lieutenant. I must say, however, that this mission is rescue, not havoc. I'm sure you will get a bigger slice of pie next time. Now let's go. There's no more time to waste. The others need us now.[/shadow]

[glow=Green,2,300]I agree, we need to get out of here now. Urjugg must have many sleeper cells ready to rescue him once he's been imprisoned. It is imperative that Urjugg is escorted safely back to Coruscant. I want to be updated on the jedi's current situation since my disappearance on Bespin. Call in a second LAAT to come and pick us up, it's too risky moving about these streets. We need to create a perimeter around the hangar and wait for our transport.[/glow]
Kalo nodded to Dix and tapped Moroku on the shoulder, indicating his desire to discuss something in private. Once they reached a good distance, Kalo spoke.
[glow=Green,2,300]What has become of Riko, I1ve heard rumours on the streets of his return, is this true?[/glow]

Moroku had to admire Kalo's ability as a military leader. The younger Jedi Master doubted he would ever be a master of war like Kalo, and Ushii Jangahir, the former Padawan who had been taught by none other than Moroku's former student, Sanariel, possessed an even more developped military mind. Moroku was more a man of peace, just what every Jedi should be. In these desperate times, the Jedi did need to adapt to new roles, but that does not mean they had to rely on the darkness to defeat the darkness. That was what the rest of the Jedi were doing, and that, to Moroku, was wrong.
When Kalo had finished giving his orders to the Lieutenant, he signaled Moroku to speak to him in private. Moroku wondered what it could be about. As far as he knew, he and his former master had much to catch up with, and many possible questions Moroku could answer came to mind, but nothing regarding Riko. He was slightly surprised by this, but he could understand all too well. Riko had once taught this great Jedi Master now standing before him, the great Jedi Master who had taught him. If Riko were in Kalo's position now, Kalo would be in Moroku's place at this moment.
[shadow=green,left,000]It seems Riko's fame had spread even to the criminal underworld. I wonder what he could have done to be known by those who would rather not know anything of Jedi and their exploits.[/shadow] Moroku paused to pick just the right words to say to Riko, but he was sure that no matter which words he chose, none of them would be wrong. The news, after all, was bound to make Kalo leap with joy like a little child after having received the gift of his dreams.
[shadow=green,left,000]Yes. They are very true. Riko has, somewhat mysteriously, come back to life. I do not know how, but if there is anyone to ask, it would be Riko himself or his younger cousin, Larkos. I have found Larkos, and he somehow brought back Riko. I'm sure he will be pleased to see you. Right now, he is on Haruun Kal teaching Larkos and several other the art of Vaapad. I think that was his last resort to counter Lorthias. I assume you know about him seeing how you were there on Bespin when he first entered the war.[/shadow]

So the rumours had been true, Riko had been revived by his cousin Larkos, this was strange, never had he heard of such a reappearance. These matters troubled Kalo's mind but at the same time filled him with joy. He had been absent at the time of Riko's death on Ilum, he had been dispatched along with the others who took part in the Jabiim operation. He wished he had been there for ever since only pain and regret had filled his heart but now the storm inside him and calmed and he could finally carry on with his job to protect the Republic and the Jedi from any further harm. However, he wished to make himself aware to Riko once more and make sure that he if needed he would give him his full aid in whatever operation Riko had planned. Haruun Kal was an unstable planet due to it's weak ties to the Republic, much jungle war-fare had taken place due to this, many militia groups had formed with their own personal objectives. Their presence there would not be appreciated, they would have to tread carefully and make sure that didn't disturb the creature that lingered over Haruun Kal.
[glow=Green,2,300]Thank you Moroku, my heart is at peace. However, I see troubling times on the horizon and the jedi will soon be making their move to destroy Lorthias once and for all. It is important that we stand alongside our fellow brothers and help. I will have to prolong my return to the jedi temple for now, I believe that we will be of more use on Haruun Kal right now. Although if he you have different objectives in mind then you know well by now that we equal each other in rank but you presence will be much appreaciated, I need someone to watch my back, huh?[/glow]
Kalo grinned. He understood if Moroku had other things to attend to.

Moroku was not surprised to hear of Kalo's intentions of traveling to Haruun Kal. He was determined to return to his Master and fulfill his duty as a Jedi alongside him, but there was a flux in the Force, like the calm before the storm, that told him Riko would not last for long. It was hard for the younger Jedi to explain, but revealing this to Kalo would bring him displeasure after hearing the news of the great Jedi's return. Kalo had been through far too much to bear any more potentially awful news. Therefore, Moroku kept silent on the matter and focused on what they were discussing at the moment. Moroku also had a duty to fulfill, and to do that, he had to make sure every Jedi stuck together for the final confrontation. Kalo's request to accompany him to Haruun Kal was a first step towards this goal.
[shadow=green,left,000]If it is your wish for me to come with you to Haruun Kal, then I will satisfy your it. In these desperate times, we must all be together, be as one. We are all connected through the Force as if we were linked by threads of cloth. If we neglect these threads, the Force will eventually break. We must be as one. Only then will we achieve complete tandom with the Force. I will go with you to Haruun Kal, Kalo.[/shadow]

[glow=green,2,300]Of course, General.[/glow]
Dix saluted as the two Jedi walked away for a private conference.
[glow=green,2,300]Black Nine, do you copy?[/glow]
Black Nine here, Lieutenant. Hostiles currently destroyed, though they sent a message out before being destroyed. We expect company any minute now.
[glow=green,2,300]Very well. Get down to the shuttle bay at my signal. We'll be taking on my squad, two Jedi and a rather large prisoner. Any word from Sargent Tod and his ARCs?[/glow]
No sir, Black Three had them. There's been no word. We're on our way now. If the prisoner's a Hutt, we may have some trouble holding it. They may look like slugs, Sir, but those tails can make mighty powerful weapons in closed quarters.
[glow=green,2,300]You worry about getting us out of here, I'll wory about the Hutt. Dix out.[/glow]
Dix walked over to the two Jedi, stopping a respectful distance away until they finished their conversation, when he stepped in closer.
[glow=green,2,300]Generals, the larty is on the way. I'm going to be keeping the Hutt stunned during tranist to the Mandalore. No use taking unnecessary risks. [/glow]
Dix turned and made several quick hand signals to his squad, one of which, clad in armour painted black - Tama Zend, the Zabrak Corporal of the squad, and the squad's recon specialist, nodded, gave a few signals back in return. They would wait until the Hutt was aboard the exfiltration vehicle before stunning it. Moving several hundred pounds of obese slug was not any of the trooper's idea of a good time.

Before Kalo could reply to Moroku, the clone Lieutenant approached the two Jedi. It didn't matter if Kalo did reply. Moroku knew he was glad his former student would come with him. The Jedi Master had many misgivings about Riko's intentions to allow the Jedi to travel down the path of darkness to fight the new enemies and those to teach others all the secrets of Vaapad. Both of these would take the Jedi down a path they were never meant to travel. Hopefully, Kalo might persuade Riko to see reason again, to use the Force the way a Jedi should use it.
The Lieutenant brought them news of an transport coming to take them back to Coruscant. At last, they would be able to leave when a thought instantly occured to Moroku. Urjugg was rather large compared to everyone and it was difficult to carry him anywhere. In addition, even though Urjugg clearly never worked out in his entire life, a Hutt's tail was naturally strong because it had to drag the seemingly infinite weight of its obese body all the time. Those tails could easily crush a man to a pulp, but his thoughts were cleared when Dix continued his report, as if he had read Moroku's thoughts. Urjugg was going to be put under a state of amnesia before being loaded up. Perhaps, he was already in such a state. Moroku smiled. His mission had been successful.
[shadow=green,left,000]Very good, Lieutenant. You have done well. You can handle the Hutt for now. We will deal with him on Coruscant.[/shadow]

Dix grunted at the Jedi's praise. He hadn't done anything except his job. He didn't need praise for that.
Not knowing what else to say, the General either not having the natural afailability that the younger General Jangahir did, or possibly just uncomfortable around someone not born, but cloned, Dix turned around and walked away to direct his team.
Soon Black Nine was there with the larty, and with directions and pointed guns they got Urjugg loaded onto the gunship. Once inside, Dix nodded to Corporal Tama Zend, who shouldered his weapon and pumped shot after shot of blue, coruscating energy into the Hutt, until the massive slug slumped, seemingly lifeless, against the rear of the vessel.
Tama pumped a few more into the obese creature just to make sure it wasn't faking, before giving the all-clear.
[glow=green,2,300]That's it, Generals, we're clear to leave. If you'll all get aboard, we can get you off this rock and back to the temple in no time at all.[/glow]
Once he was himself aboard the LAAT/i gunship, Dix snapped orders to the clone pilot, Black Nine:
[glow=green,2,300]Get us airborne, pilot! ASAP! And get Black Three on the horn, find out where the firfek those blasted ARCs are![/glow]
Black Nine nodded and in a voice similar, yet slightly different in some respects, to Dix's voice, spoke into the comlink.
Black Three, this is Nine. Any word on those ARCs? Over.
(OOC: Hal, I'll let you RP Black Three.)

Moroku observed the 'young' Dix march away to tend to his duties, grunting after listening to the Jedi's praise. It seemed he hadn't accepted the fact that despite it was just a job, he'd done it brilliantly and efficiently. These were more than ordinary soldiers. Moroku certainly did wish they wouldn't need their help, wished these days had been peaceful days where their service was not required. The Jedi Master appreciated their efforts to fight this war, to stop it, and his praise reflected this gratefulness. Moroku had arrived with a simple plan: rescue Kalo and leave. No thought of bringing Urjugg the Hutt to justice and put an end to what might well be an endless net of criminal activity. With the clones, he had been able to do that and more. Nar Shaddaa might remember Republic forces coming to put a stop the Urjugg's organization, and this is what worried Moroku. Would they rebell against the Republic one day? This attack came suddenly and unexpectedly. To the people, it looked as if they had come for no reason at all. How would they see the Republic years after this battle?
Moroku let go of these thoughts, for they would never bring him anaswer. Only with time would he find out how Nar Shaddaa reacted to the military intervention. Patience would reveal all, as an ancient Jedi Master had been fond of saying to his younger students, and Moroku turned his attention to the soldiers forcing Urjugg into the LAAT transport and filling him with tranquilizers to put him under a state of amnesia, ensuring a safe trip back to Coruscant. The time had come. Kalo could finally leave this rotten, filthy world. Moroku had no doubt Kalo was glad to leave, so he motioned his Nautolan friend to enter the transport to leave.
**Move Moroku and Kalo to Coruscant**

OOC: Sorry I prolly should tell when I'm not going to be here on the weekend. I'll just make something up.
IC: Tod grimaced somehow his squad was the only own to run into a hall full of gun toting crazed Gamorreans. Just his luck.
"Sorry kind of busy right now."
He had just emptied the last clip on his Deece into a one really insane pig with an ax. Even after 2 shots to the head it was still moving. He pulled out his side arm to fire when a sniper shot pierced the Gamorreans head dropping it to the floor. The next thing he saw was a a rectangle the size a forearm with blinking numbers whiz past his head.
"Sparky, what the hell was that?" yelled Tod.
"Six...five....you know what it was, get back.....two.....one," replied Kappa's demolitions expert.
The explosion was louder than the one that had gotten them into the compound, though it was probably just because it was closer. It was strong enough to bring down most of the ceiling as well as the weight bearing wall next to it.
Tod yelled into his comlink, "Black Three, we're on the northwest side near where the giant explosion just took place, before the rest of section comes down."
"Affirmative, sir."
The gunship came into range and was barely in range long enough for the squad to get on board. Tod looked back to admire the ARCs' handiwork. Most of the compound was still intact, but there was a giant smoking crater that was collapsing in on itself from where they had just left. He really didn't get a good view of the rest before the side doors closed and locked into place.
"Sergeant Tod to Lieutenant DiX we're on our way."
OOC: Alright I'm done.

[glow=green,2,300]Good to hear it, Tod. Get your ass back aboard the Mandalore and we'll sit down with some grog.[/glow]
The LAAT landed aboard the dropship, and Urjugg's fighters swarmed. Luckily, Black Nine had thought ahead and called in some X-Wings and ARC-170s from the massive Star Destroyer to provide air cover. Soon all were safe aboard and the gigantic ship blasted into hyperspace, Coruscant bound.
*move all ARCs and Roughnecks to Coruscant*
